FNZ Group, un acteur majeur dans le domaine des services financiers, recherche des diplômés passionnés de technologie pour rejoindre leur Programme de Diplômés. Ce programme est conçu pour offrir aux candidats débutants un tremplin dans le secteur en pleine croissance de la technologie financière (FinTech). En participant à ce programme sur une période d’environ 30 semaines, vous aurez l’opportunité d’acquérir des compétences pratiques en développement logiciel et en tests d’analystes.
La mission principale de FNZ consiste à créer des applications web fiables et accessibles pour de nombreuses institutions financières à l’échelle mondiale. Le Programme de Diplômés inclut :
- Formation et développement aux différentes étapes du cycle de vie de développement du logiciel chez FNZ.
- Expérience en test de logiciels, identification des bugs et documentation des solutions.
- Rôle actif au sein de l’équipe d’Analyst Testing, effectuant des missions d’analyse de systèmes et d’affaires.
Le programme commencera le 18 août 2025, avec un soutien à la relocalisation pour les candidats venant de l’étranger.
Profil Recherché
Pour postuler à ce programme, les candidats doivent répondre aux critères suivants :
- Diplôme : Un diplôme de niveau A ou B+ équivalent (GPA de 2,5 ou plus selon le système tchèque) en informatique ou dans un domaine STEM connexe.
- Passion pour la technologie et la résolution de problèmes.
- Bien que aucune expérience préalable en développement logiciel ne soit exigée, les candidats doivent être prêts à développer des compétences en C# .NET et SQL.
- Capacité à travailler au sein d’une équipe internationale diversifiée.
- Mobilité : être prêt à déménager à Brno, avec la possibilité de travailler en République Tchèque (citoyenneté de l’UE ou visa de travail requis).
