Description du Poste
En tant que Grocery Associate à Wolt, vous serez un acteur clé de notre marché à Bådehavnsgade. Ce poste à temps partiel (15 heures par semaine) implique diverses responsabilités essentielles :
- Prise de commandes : Utiliser l’application Merchant pour recevoir les commandes.
- Préparation des commandes : Emballer les courses et les remettre aux clients et aux livreurs.
- Gestion des systèmes internes : Assurer la précision des informations relatives aux nutriments et allergènes.
- Organisation de l’espace : Maintenir l’ordre et la propreté du magasin.
- Participation opérationnelle : Contribuer au développement des opérations quotidiennes de notre marché.
Exigences et Qualifications
Nous recherchons des candidats qui partagent notre passion pour le service client et qui possèdent les compétences suivantes :
- Rapidité d’apprentissage : Capacité à multitâche efficacement.
- Attitude proactive : Apprécier un environnement de travail dynamique.
- Flexibilité : Disponibilités variées les jours de semaine et week-ends, incluant des horaires matinaux et tardifs (de 08h00 à 24h00).
- Disponibilité : Capacité à travailler 15 heures par semaine.
- Expérience : Un antécédent dans un magasin de produits alimentaires constitue un atout.
- Compétences linguistiques : Maîtrise de l’anglais requise ; le danois est un plus.
- Droits de travail : Posséder un droit de travail valide au Danemark.

- Taking in orders through our Merchant app.
- Packing groceries & handing them to customers and couriers.
- Managing our internal systems which include precise information about nutrients and allergens.
- Maintaining order and cleanliness of the store.
- Participating in developing our Market’s daily operations.
Our humble expectations
- You are a fast learner and have the ability to multitask
- You have a can do-attitude and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- You are able to work flexibly across weekdays and weekends in various shifts, including mornings and late evenings (our store is open 08:00-24:00)
- You can work 15 hours per week
- Experience from working in a grocery store is a plus
- Professional working proficiency in English is required, Danish is a plus!
- You have a valid right to work in Denmark
