Description du poste
Mission : En tant que Growth Marketing Lead pour la Hongrie, votre rôle central consistera à développer et à exécuter des stratégies de croissance adaptées au marché local. Ce poste exige une prise en charge proactive des campagnes marketing multi-canaux visant à accroître la part de marché, l’acquisition et la rétention des utilisateurs.
Responsabilités principales
- Développer des initiatives de croissance : Concevoir et mener des initiatives pour augmenter la pénétration du marché en Hongrie, tout en gardant les besoins des clients au centre de chaque action.
- Coordonner des campagnes marketing : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec des équipes internes et des partenaires externes pour maximiser l’impact des campagnes.
- Optimisation continue : Affiner et améliorer les initiatives de marketing en s’appuyant sur des connaissances locales du marché et des comportements des consommateurs.
- Collaboration inter-équipes : Collaborer avec les équipes produit et marketing pour lancer de nouveaux produits, adaptés aux spécificités locales.
- Analyse et reporting : Travailler avec l’équipe d’analyse pour surveiller les performances, générer des insights, et produire des rapports informatifs pour orienter les stratégies futures.
Qualifications requises
Expériences et compétences :
- Expertise en marketing : Minimum de 7 à 8 ans d’expérience en marketing de croissance, spécifiquement en Hongrie.
- Connaissance locale : Connaissances approfondies du marché hongrois et des liaisons avec les médias locaux.
- Bilinguisme : Maîtrise de l’anglais et du hongrois.
- Stratégies marketing : Expérience avérée dans des stratégies marketing de bout en bout, ainsi que dans la gestion de campagnes numériques.
- Aptitudes analytiques : Capacité à prendre des décisions basées sur des données analytiques et à résoudre des problèmes complexes avec créativité.
Atouts supplémentaires
- Nationalité : Être citoyen hongrois est un plus.
- Expérience : Expérience dans une entreprise fintech en forte croissance.
- Compétences techniques : Utilisation de SQL et d’outils analytiques tels que Looker et GA pour l’analyse des données.
- Leadership : Avoir dirigé des petites équipes est un avantage pour cette position.

This role is pivotal in driving our growth strategy, managing multi-channel campaigns, testing new initiatives and fostering partnerships to increase our transaction volume in these key markets.Your Mission:Own the growth of the Hungarian market, while keeping the Wise customers at the heart of everything you do.Identify, own and drive new growth initiatives and strategies for Hungary, increasing our market penetration, user acquisition and retention metrics.Coordinate and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, working closely with internal teams and external partners to maximise your efforts’ reach and impact.Help optimise, scale and improve marketing channels’ BAU initiatives with local insights and knowledge about key target audiences, market dynamics and competitor landscape.Collaborate with product and marketing teams to launch new products and features for your region, tailoring your strategies and tactics to meet local customer needs and behaviours.Work closely with the analytics team to monitor performance, generate new insights, and produce comprehensive reports to guide future strategies.Be the main point of contact for and collaborate with product and product marketing teams to define the right audiences, messaging and positioning for our products and features in your region.QualificationsT-shaped growth marketer with a minimum of 7-8 years of growth marketing experience in HungaryDeep local knowledge and strong ties to Hungary and the local media landscape with experience working with local agencies and partnersProficient level of English and HungarianStrong hands-on experience of full-funnel marketing strategies and tactics, with a track record of driving sustainable long-term growth in fast-growing companies.Excellent communicator and a proactive team player with strong project and campaign management skills, capable of leading and working on cross-functional initiativesYour approach is rooted in analytics and leverages data to inform and drive your decisions.Strong problem-solving skills and comfortable navigating new and complex situations with a creative and innovative mindset.Desirable:Hungarian nationalExperience running full-funnel campaignsExperience in a fast-growing and product-driven fintech companyExperience using SQL and other analytical tools (Looker, GA, MixPanel etc.) to gather and analyse their own datasetsExperience leading small teams (relevant on the long-term)Additional InformationFor everyone, everywhere.
