If you’re looking for an exciting opportunity to grow in an innovative environment, this could be the perfect fit for you.Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Ownership and ScalingTake full ownership of paid media campaigns across direct-buy and programmatic networks (e.g., Exoclick, TrafficStars), with potential to expand scope across new channelsBuild scalable acquisition funnels with aggressive growth targets in mind — from media plan to execution and iterationRun high-velocity testing loops (creatives, audiences, placements) to optimize CAC and LTVPerformance Analysis and StrategyMonitor performance daily using tools like Voluum, GA4, and internal dashboardsDrive decision-making through deep analysis of CPA, ROAS, retention, and cohort behaviorBuild and maintain internal reporting frameworks that guide strategic shifts and tactical movesCreative & Funnel OptimizationOwn the creative briefing process: define hooks, formats, and angles based on performance patternsCollaborate closely with the content and product teams to launch and iterate on high-converting landing pagesImplement systems to reduce creative fatigue and increase speed of testingPartnership Management & Media StrategyBuild strong relationships with traffic sources and negotiate premium placements and custom dealsExplore new acquisition opportunities (networks, formats, tools) and build internal evaluation criteriaStay ahead of ecosystem changes (platform rules, algorithm shifts) and adapt strategy accordinglyAutomation, Scaling Systems & Team BuildingIdentify opportunities to streamline acquisition processes through automation and internal toolsCreate SOPs, playbooks, and experiment pipelines for scaling campaigns efficientlyHire and manage a team of performance marketers once traction and ROI are provenChallenges You’ll TackleGrow the user base from 30M to 100M within the next 12 months, optimizing for CAC, ROAS, and LTV at scaleBuild a scalable creative engine: Create and lead processes to brief, test, and iterate performance-driven ad creatives — and hire supporting talent as neededSystematize landing page production: Own the process to launch, test, and scale high-converting landing pages across acquisition funnelsLaunch new channels: Identify, test, and scale new paid traffic sources beyond existing ones — bringing structure, speed, and efficiencyPotentially lead go-to-market for new products under our holding, applying your acquisition playbooks to 0→1 launchesProve performance to earn leadership: This is a hands-on role from day one. You’ll run campaigns directly. Once you deliver meaningful results, we’re ready for you to build and lead a team8+ years of experience in growth marketing, user acquisition, or performance mediaProven track record of scaling campaigns with clear business impact (e.g., CPA reduction, revenue growth)Deep knowledge of media buying mechanics: tracking setups, postbacks, UTMs, pixel optimizationStrong analytical and decision-making skills — you live in spreadsheets and dashboardsExperience running and scaling campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads), TikTok Ads, and Google AdsProven ability to lead creative strategy — briefing, testing, and iterating UGC, static, and video ads at scaleExperience in direct-response marketing (DTC, gaming, high-ticket funnels, or similar industries)Hands-on mindset: you’ve managed campaigns yourself, not just directed othersComfortable in fast-paced, high-volume environments with imperfect data and fast iteration cyclesExperience managing people or agencies — and motivated to build your own team once you’ve earned itBonus: Familiarity with compliance-sensitive traffic sources or high-risk funnelsSoft SkillsStrong communication & collaborative skills (perfectly fluent in English)Goal-oriented, ownership and commitmentDoer mindset – we are moving fast and we need people who can find the right balance between executing, planning and strategyHumble – willing to learn, open to feedback#NSFW – you are comfortable building products that are based on uncensored models and content
