Description du poste

Objectifs clés :

• Responsabilité partielle sur des projets menant une petite équipe.
• Collaboration avec l’équipe centrale et la direction locale pour garantir le bon fonctionnement du département IT.
• Respect des critères de conception internes et des directives de sécurité des informations.
• Support et maintenance de l’infrastructure locale sous la direction du responsable informatique régional.
• Contribution à des projets de numérisation locaux et régionaux.

Le poste inclut la gestion quotidienne du département IT local, l’assistance à 300 utilisateurs et dispositifs, ainsi que la mise en œuvre de projets globaux développés par le siège. Les responsabilités englobent également :

• Gestion de l’aide informatique pour tous les utilisateurs.
• Assurer la stabilité du réseau et des serveurs, en conformité avec la politique IT.
• Support des audits informatiques tels que TISAX et ISO 27001.
• Gestion des questions de protection des données et de cybersécurité locales.
• Encourager la transformation numérique et les projets Industrie 4.0, y compris RPA, Power BI et l’intelligence artificielle.
• Suivi des projets pour garantir un investissement judicieux.
• Spécification et exécution du budget local, y compris la gestion des coûts des fournisseurs.

Qualifications requises :

• Expérience significative dans un environnement de centre de données/LAN à grande échelle.
• Compétences en planification, mise en œuvre et administration de dispositifs réseau (routeurs, commutateurs, VPN, pare-feux, de préférence Cisco).
• Connaissances approfondies des architectures LAN et WLAN ainsi que des protocoles de routage.
• Formation et connaissances en cybersécurité.
• Expertise en gestion de data center et cloud.
• Connaissance des meilleures pratiques ITSM.
• Expérience en audits informatiques (TISAX, ISO27001).
• Compétences en gestion de serveurs Windows et Linux.
• Expérience avec des plateformes mobiles et des outils de numérisation.

• to be often responsible to the completion of a part of a project or activities for which he/she/leads a small team

• to work with other members of Central Team and local plant management to ensure the local IT department running smoothly,
• to meet internal design criteria and to comply with Internal Information Security and Internal Audit specified guidelines
• under region IT head to support, to maintain local infrastructure.
• Support local and Region or Global IT digitization projects

Responsible for efficient and effective support of 300 client devices and 300 users in location. To support projects on region and local level need clear advise on infrastructure concepts, solution design, project realization and operation▪Daily management of Local IT department
▪IT Help Desk for all IT users
▪Support and implement in local about the global project developed by Continental IT Headquarters
▪Ensure the stable operation of the company’s IT network and servers or other devices, and maintain the equipment in accordance with IT policies
▪Support various IT audit in TISAX , ISO27001 etc.
▪Resonsible for local Data Protection and Cyber Security issues.

• Provide support of the digital transformation and Industry 4.0 projects
• Drive plant in RPA ,Power BI , MSB , AI and other digitization projects
• Follow-up the porjects and ensure the investment in right way

▪ Specify budget and execute budget
▪ Supervise the execution of the plant IT budget when necessary
▪ Local ISP cost management

• This employee could be responsible for supervising contractors and vendors during the installation and repair of systems, either locally or remotely.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience working in large-scale data center/LAN environment.

• Experience with planning, implementation and administration of network devices such as, routers, switches, VPN, and firewalls – preferably Cisco based.

• A thorough knowledge of LAN and WLAN architectures and routing protocols, and a thorough working knowledge of Internet protocols and services (TCP/IP, WWW, FTP, TELNET, SSH, SNMP, etc.)

• Cyber security knowledge and training skills

• Infrastructure knowledge in Data Center , Cloud Management

• ITSM Knowledge

• Experience with IT audit ,TISAX , ISO27001 etc.

• Management server in Windows, Linux

• Experience with Mobile platform

• Experience with RPA , Power BI , iConics , Datafeed,AI
