Description du Poste
En tant que Head of Safety and Security, vous intégrerez une équipe dynamique au sein de la Business Unit Oulu. L’objectif principal est de promouvoir une culture de sécurité renforcée à travers les différentes unités, incluant le moulin d’Oulu et les scieries de Kalajoki, Oulainen, et Veitsiluoto.
Votre rôle comprendra :
- Collaboration étroite avec les équipes opérationnelles pour coacher et mettre en œuvre des initiatives de sécurité.
- Développement et suivi des programmes de sécurité, en s’appuyant sur des analyses approfondies de la performance actuelle en matière de sécurité.
- Formation et coaching des leaders opérationnels et des employés sur la culture de sécurité et l’agenda.
Profil Recherché
Stora Enso recherche un professionnel qualifié qui répond aux critères suivants :
- Diplôme de master ou bachelor en sécurité, gestion des risques ou sciences sociales.
- Minimum de cinq ans d’expérience dans un rôle de leadership en sécurité.
- Expertise dans les systèmes de gestion de la sécurité (OHSAS 18001, ISO 45001) ainsi qu’une connaissance des exigences légales et réglementaires.
- Capacité à inspirer et à partager son savoir pour promouvoir le développement.
Compétences Essentielles
Le candidat idéal doit :
- Avoir un fort sens des responsabilités et une volonté d’atteindre les objectifs communs.
- Montrer un haut niveau de responsabilité et soutenir son équipe dans cette démarche.
- Posséder d’excellentes compétences en communication en finnois et en anglais.

📝 Description du poste : Head of safety & security, Business Unit OuluWe are now looking for an ambitious Head of safety & security to join our Business Unit Oulu. In this role, you will collaborate closely with all our units; Oulu Mill, Herman Andersson, Junnikkala sawmills in Oulu, Kalajoki and Oulainen, and Veitsiluoto sawmill. This role is based in Oulu and reports to Head of BU Oulu.Be part of a nature positive futureAs a Head of safety & security you will utilize the synergies within the Cartonboard Business Area and all BU Oulu units, and coach the operational leaders and employees in safety culture and agenda.You will develop, monitor and support the implementation of the safety initiatives and analyze the current safety performance. In this role you will create safety programs and concepts together with the safety teams in all our units. You will provide expertise in safety culture and be an active coach in our units. You will also need to become an expert in risk management, process safety and root cause analysis.About youWe are looking for a skilled professional with ambition for continuous improvement with master’s or bachelor’s degree in relevant field (e.g. Safety, Security and Risk Management or Social sciences)
- You also have at least 5 years of experience in safety related leadership role and have a strong track record in driving safety culture in large organizations.
- You have in-depth knowledge of Safety Management System requirements (such as OHSAS 18001 / ISO 45001) as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
- You aim to be the best at what you do, share your knowledge and inspire others to develop.
- You take ownership and work responsibly towards common goals.
- You demonstrate a high level of accountability and support your team to do the same.
- You have excellent communication and co-operation skills, and you are fluent in Finnish and English.
