Ce poste clé implique une responsabilité directe sur les opérations quotidiennes au sein de l’équipe IT Operations. Le candidat travaillera en étroite collaboration avec les équipes locales basées à Hong Kong, Macau et Taiwan pour fournir un soutien informatique sur le terrain et exécuter des tâches administratives quotidiennes.

Responsabilités Principales

• Support client : Assurer le dépannage des applications et des systèmes en prenant en charge les tickets liés à la gestion des serveurs, du stockage et des sauvegardes.
• Coordination IT : Servir de contact principal pour les systèmes IT locaux, notamment le LAN, le WAN et les services d’impression.
• Plan de continuité des affaires : Jouer un rôle central en cas d’activation du plan de continuité et de récupération après sinistre.
• Collaboration : Travailler avec les équipes SCCM et CMDB pour répondre aux besoins des utilisateurs finaux.
• Conformité : S’assurer que toutes les actions respectent les normes d’IT de l’entreprise.
• Gestion des cas de soutien : Assurer le traitement efficace des demandes avec une parfaite documentation dans le système de tickets.
• Projets IT : Implémenter des projets IT sur site et coordonner la formation liée aux activités IT.

Profil Recherché

Exigences Requises

• Formation : Diplôme en Informatique, Technologies de l’Information ou domaine similaire.
• Expérience : 2 à 3 ans d’expérience dans un rôle similaire souhaitée.

Compétences Préférées

• Réactivité : Capacité à répondre aux attentes des clients avec un sens de l’urgence.
• Compétences techniques : Excellente connaissance des appareils de bureau, ordinateurs portables et périphériques.
• Analyse et communication : Compétences analytiques et de communication interpersonnelle solides, avec une aptitude pour la résolution de problèmes.
• Travail d’équipe : Capacité démontrée à collaborer avec des membres d’équipes IT et à communiquer efficacement avec tous les niveaux de gestion.
• Multiculturalité : Sensibilité prouvée à la diversité culturelle d’un environnement commercial.
• Technologies variées : Connaissance des standards réseau (WAN, LAN, TCP/IP) et des technologies de dispositifs intelligents (iOS, Android, Windows Mobile).
• Langues : Maîtrise des langues Cantonais, Mandarin et Anglais.

Work closely with the Local Teams in Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan to provide field IT support and daily administrative tasks.How you will do it

• Customer facing role on Application & Systems troubleshooting with Server, Storage and Backup management tickets Field IT Team. Role will involve supporting the IT Deskside department in achieving its objectives against agreed SLAs.
• Additionally, the person might act as primary/secondary contact for IT Systems on site, LAN, WAN, Voice, Printing services, etc
• “Act as the key person” in the IT Deskside team in case of Business Continuity Plan activation and Disaster Recovery of the supported SSC.
• Work with SCCM & CMDB Teams to support End user computing requirements
• Work within Johnson Controls guidelines to ensure compliance to corporate IT standards
• Ensuring all support cases are dealt with, within agreed service levels, and to the customer’s satisfaction ensuring all work carried out is satisfactorily documented within the relevant ticket logging system
• Assisting during tasks provided by external service providers
• Monitors system resource utilization for IBC systems and highlight issues and work towards resolution as per shared SOP
• Implementation of site IT projects
• Coordinating education and training for IT related activities at the site

What we look forRequired

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2-3 years’ related work experience preferred

Preferred

• Ability to recognize and respond to customer expectations with a sense of urgency
• Excellent support awareness of Desktop, Laptop and Peripheral devices
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with strong problem solving abilities
• Ability to handle cross-functional tasks in parallel
• Ability to work independently in dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, work collaboratively with IT team members, and communicate effectively with all levels of management
• Proven sensitivity to cultural diversity in the business environment
• Proven ability to assist in installation, configuration, and setup of different Applications
• Self-motivated with good organizational skills
• Proven ability to quickly build up working knowledge in previously unknown technologies
• Basic project management skills with the ability to plan and monitor projects involving customers, other IT departments
• Good understanding of office products, such as Microsoft Office
• Good understanding of Network standards – WAN, LAN, TCP/IP
• Good understanding of Smart-Device technology – iOS, Android, Windows Mobile etc.
• General IT awareness of Back Office solutions (Server, SAN, Data Protection, Cloud)
• ITIL certification is plus
• Language: Cantonese + Mandarin + English
