Objectifs du Poste
Le rôle de HSE Advisor (Conseiller en Santé, Sécurité et Environnement) est essentiel pour garantir la sécurité sur site et l’efficacité des opérations. Le candidat retenu sera responsable de :
- Assurer des opérations sûres et efficaces sur site.
- Accompagner les équipes sur l’application des plans et procédures de santé et sécurité.
- Surveiller l’utilisation d’outils tels que Startbank, HMS reg et Effera.
- Réaliser des évaluations des risques et proposer des améliorations.
- Promouvoir l’utilisation de l’outil Safety Force.
- Identifier les tendances dans les données HSE et rendre compte à la direction de site.
- Effectuer des inspections hebdomadaires sur site.
- Réaliser des audits pour détecter les risques et bonnes pratiques.
- Participer aux enquêtes sur les incidents et accidents.
- Assurer des sessions d’initiation à la sécurité pour les employés, sous-traitants et visiteurs.
Profil Recherché
Eiffage est à la recherche de candidats qui possèdent :
- De solides compétences en communication en norvégien.
- Une expérience significative en santé et sécurité dans le secteur de la construction ou de l’industrie.

YOUR FUTURE ENVIRONMENTEiffage, through its subsidiary Eiffage Génie Civil, has won the design-build contract awarded by Statens Vegvesen, a company owned by the Norwegian Ministry of Transport, to build the new section of the E18-E39 urban motorway between Gartnerløkka and Kolsdalen in Kristiansand, Norway, at a cost of more than €234 million1 (NOK 2,755 million2).The aim of the contract is to increase the capacity of the main interchange providing access to the city centre and port activities of the country’s 6th largest city. YOUR MAIN TASKS
- Ensure safe and efficient on-site operations
- Support site teams in applying Health & Safety Plans and procedures
- Monitor tools like Startbank, HMS reg, and Effera
- Conduct risk assessments and propose improvements
- Promote the Safety Force tool
- Identify trends in HSE data and report to site management
- Perform weekly site inspections
- Conduct audits and checks to flag risks and good practices
- Assist in incident and accident investigations
- Deliver safety inductions to employees, subcontractors, and visitors
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Strong communication skills in Norwegian
- Significant Health & Safety experience in construction or industry
