Présentation du Poste
IBM, leader mondial de l’innovation technologique, propose une opportunité unique à travers son programme Future Club, destiné aux étudiants intéressés par une carrière en ventes ou ventes techniques. Ce stage de six mois à temps plein, d’une durée de 40 heures par semaine, vise à former les futurs professionnels du secteur grâce à une combinaison d’un apprentissage théorique et de l’expérience pratique sur le terrain.
Responsabilités
Les internes participeront à deux axes principaux :
- Track de formation technique : Acquérir une connaissance approfondie des solutions technologiques d’IBM, incluant le Cloud, les données, l’automatisation, la sécurité et l’intelligence artificielle.
- Expérience pratique : Collaborer avec une équipe de ventes, observer des experts dans des activités telles que des démonstrations de produits et des interactions avec les clients.
Les stagiaires auront également pour mission :
- De compléter les modules de formation requis et de répondre aux exigences d’apprentissage.
- De soutenir les équipes en rapportant des données comme assigné.
Qualifications Requises
Les candidats doivent répondre aux critères suivants :
- Niveau d’études : Diplôme de fin d’études secondaires ou GED.
- Compétences techniques : Connaissance de base en informatique ou en ingénierie.
- Compétences interpersonnelles : Excellentes capacités de communication.
- Langues : Maîtrise de l’anglais (niveau avancé ou courant).
- Motivation : Intérêt marqué pour une carrière dans les ventes techniques.

If so, lets talk.Your role and responsibilitiesFuture Club is IBM Sales’ internship program, which aims to develop students with high-level technical training in IBM technology solutions (theoretical and practical) for future work in sales/technical sales.The program will be divided into: (1) technical training track across the entire portfolio of IBM solutions, such as Cloud, Data, , Automation, Security, AI, etc. and (2) practical work in sales/technical sales teams.As a Future Club intern you will:
- Complete learning path modules and comply with learning requirements of program;
- Shadow with experience sellers or technical sellers in customer engagement, product demos/presentations and negotiation activities;
- Drive data and report as assigned.
Required educationHigh School Diploma/GEDRequired technical and professional expertise
- Communication and interpersonal skills;
- Entry level technical knowledge related to computer science/engineering;
- Interest in develop career in sales/technical sales path;
- Availability for 40h/week internship for 6 months;
- Advanced or Fluent level of English.
