En tant que Consultant en Mise en Œuvre, vous serez amené à travailler directement avec des clients de Fortune 500, en mettant en œuvre le logiciel ONESOURCE Global Trade. Ce logiciel est conçu pour faciliter la gestion des réglementations commerciales internationales et soutenir les départements de conformité et de commerce mondial. Votre implication dans des projets d’envergure vous permettra d’acquérir une compréhension approfondie des processus d’affaires tout en bénéficiant d’une formation et d’un mentorat adaptés à votre développement professionnel.
Responsabilités clés
- Interaction avec des professionnels du commerce mondial, de la conformité et de la technologie.
- Conduire des sessions de collecte de besoins et rédiger la documentation associée.
- Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour assurer la livraison de solutions complètes.
- Déléguer des tâches de projet et superviser leur réalisation.
- Préparer et exécuter des scripts et des cas de test.
- Résoudre les problèmes techniques tout en communiquant avec le personnel technique et client.
Compétences requises
Les candidats doivent démontrer des compétences interpersonnelles et de communication exceptionnelles, ainsi qu’une capacité à travailler efficacement en équipe. La maîtrise de logiciels informatiques standards, en particulier Microsoft Office, est indispensable. De plus, une connaissance en SQL et la capacité à jongler avec plusieurs projets simultanément sont des atouts appréciés.
Expérience souhaitée
- Minimum de 4 ans d’expérience dans un domaine connexe.
- Connaissance des processus de commerce mondial, chaîne d’approvisionnement, et conformité.
- Expérience en analyse de processus et en intégration avec des logiciels tiers.

You will be trained in best practices and methodologies and gain the technical and functional skills required to participate in enterprise software projects that support Global Trade and Compliance departments. These projects include implementing enterprise software, content, and services for our customers.Summary of PositionThe Implementation Consultant will work closely with Project Managers to lead implementations of Global Trade software for corporations to manage product classifications, exports, imports, foreign trade zones (FTZ), free trade agreements (FTA), denied party screenings (DPS), and more.
