Ce rôle essentiel implique le développement de nouvelles fonctionnalités ainsi que la maintenance des solutions existantes à travers la gamme de produits de l’entreprise.
Attributions principales :
- Concevoir, mettre en œuvre, tester et déployer un code de haute qualité garantissant une expérience utilisateur exceptionnelle.
- Contribuer à la conception technique selon les exigences des projets tout en jouant un rôle clé dans l’architecture système globale.
- Collaborer étroitement avec la gestion des produits, l’expérience utilisateur et d’autres équipes de développement pour assurer une livraison rapide des nouvelles fonctionnalités.
- Promouvoir les meilleures pratiques telles que les tests automatisés et l’intégration continue durant tout le cycle de développement logiciel.
- Encadrer des ingénieurs juniors à travers des revues de code et des prises de décisions techniques éclairées.
- Se tenir informé des tendances, outils et technologies du secteur, en intégrant des outils d’IA pour optimiser l’efficacité.
Profil recherché
Compétences et qualifications :
- Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience en développement logiciel.
- Diplôme en Informatique ou domaine équivalent.
- Maîtrise approfondie de Java, J2EE, le framework Spring et de l’architecture Microservice.
- Connaissance de base en Python et outils d’IA (tels que GitHub Copilot, Cursor).
- Expérience en technologies frontales comme Angular ou React.
- Excellente maîtrise des technologies web telles que JavaScript ou jQuery.
- Familiarité avec les bases de données relationnelles comme SQL et Postgres.
- Bonnes connaissances des API RESTful, JSON et XML.
- Connaissance des plateformes cloud comme AWS ou Azure.
- Compréhension des pipelines CI/CD.
- Compétence dans l’utilisation de GitHub et ADO.
- Aptitudes avérées en résolution de problèmes et attention aux détails.
