Description du Poste
Le rôle de Consultant en Sécurité de l’Information chez Siemens Energy consiste à identifier et évaluer les risques cybernétiques liés aux opérations de l’entreprise. Les responsabilités comprennent la collaboration avec des collègues issus de diverses disciplines pour élaborer des plans d’évaluation des risques, ainsi que l’engagement direct avec les équipes IT pour comprendre les mesures de contrôle en place.
Au fil de la journée, le consultant sera impliqué dans :
- La certification pour la norme ISO 27001 dans les domaines corporatifs et manufacturiers.
- La gestion des non-conformités identifiées lors des évaluations ISO 27001, garantissant ainsi la défense du Système de Management de la Sécurité de l’Information (ISMS) auprès des auditeurs externes.
- La planification et la réalisation d’évaluations de sécurité pour les infrastructures IT et OT.
Impact et Responsabilités
Ce poste revêt une importance stratégique pour l’entreprise. Le consultant est amené à :
- Identifier les risques cybernétiques et élaborer des stratégies de gestion.
- Conduire des projets d’amélioration en cybersécurité dans le développement et le cycle d’approvisionnement.
- Participer ou diriger des réunions de clôture de projet et encadrer des étudiants et des collaborateurs juniors.
Compétences et Qualifications Requises
Les candidats doivent répondre aux critères suivants :
- Formation : Diplôme universitaire en technologies de l’information, ingénierie ou domaine similaire. Des certifications comme ISO 27001 lead auditor, CISSP, CISA et CISM sont un plus.
- Expérience : Minimum de 3 ans dans des domaines tels que l’audit IT, la sécurité de l’information ou la gestion des risques IT.
- Connaissances : Maîtrise de la norme ISO 27001 et familiarité avec des concepts tels que la gouvernance IT, l’audit IT et la sécurité OT.
De plus, les compétences linguistiques sont cruciales, avec un niveau C1 en anglais requis, tandis que la maîtrise de l’allemand et du portugais est un atout.

Before noon, you will have already engaged with business or IT colleagues to understand how they are implementing controls and mitigating the risks you have identified priorly. In the end of the day, you will be finishing your report presentation showing the improvements points (if found) the identified risks stakeholders will have to implement in order to mitigate them accordingly the expected.How You’ll Make an Impact
- Support corporate and manufacture business areas certifying for ISO 27001 standard
- Support the business to remediate nonconformities found in ISO 27001 assessments and to defend the ISMS against external ISO Auditors
- Plan and perform 2nd line of defense security assessments regarding IT and OT infrastructures, products, solutions, services and their related processes and controls
- Support business, IT and cybersecurity areas identifying cyber risks and defining their handling strategies
- Drive Cybersecurity improvement projects throughout the development and procurement lifecycle together with the collaborators
- Identify root causes of findings and assisting business and other functions in developing improvement measures
- Both participate or lead project closing meetings with management and mentoring working students and junior collaborators.
What You Bring
- University degree in Information Technology, Engineering or similar, certificates such as ISO 27001 lead auditor, CISSP, CISA and CISM are a plus.
- 3+ years of professional experience in any of the following: IT audit, information security, cybersecurity, IT risk management, IT GRC, IT general controls, or development of industrial IT services and solutions.
- Very good knowledge of ISO 27001 and some of the following: cybersecurity, IT governance, IT audit, COBIT, OT security (IEC 62443), secure software development lifecycle.
- Additionally, knowledge of some of the following is a plus: SCADA/ICS, cloud security, agile methodologies, mobile security, data protection, ITIL, network security.
- As you act in an international environment, you are willing to travel and therefore demonstrate business-fluent English language skills (English on a C1 level). German and Portuguese language skills are a plus.
- You have very good communication and presentation skills as well as are willing to learn about the latest trends in Cybersecurity and keep up to date in a continuously challenging environment.
- Furthermore, you bring multicultural sensitivity, innovative thinking with proven analytical skills.
