Description du Poste

L’objectif principal est de mener et d’accompagner des initiatives de changement comportemental à travers l’organisation. Vos responsabilités incluront :
- Gestion de produits cybernétiques : Développer et soutenir des campagnes globales.
- Amélioration continue : Identifier et mettre en œuvre des innovations de produits et d’améliorations de processus.
- Création de tableaux de bord : Offrir des outils intuitifs permettant d’analyser les données relatives aux comportements cybernétiques.
- Collaboration interrégionale : Activez l’adoption des comportements cybernétiques et développez du contenu spécifique à chaque région.
- Engagement communautaire : Écrire des articles, publier sur les réseaux sociaux et soutenir divers événements de sensibilisation.
Compétences et Qualifications Requises
Pour exceller dans ce poste, les candidats doivent répondre à plusieurs critères :
- Formation : Diplôme universitaire ou expérience professionnelle équivalente.

These capabilities help bp balance security with usability, optimize technology investments, and proactively counter cyber threats.Let me tell you about the roleYou will take an active role in supporting our efforts to deliver and embed behavioural change initiatives to bp globally. With a creative flare you will lead and support our global campaigns. You will take an active role in the management of our cyber products and other activities such as; automation, data insights and metrics, global technology implementation. In addition to these, you will take an active role in highlighting areas for product innovation and process improvement. You will drive in region adoption of cyber behaviours and support region specific content development and delivery where needed.
