Description du poste : Job Description:The CompanyA New Zealand based, family-owned organization that operates on a global scale out of the mighty Waikato. This business has a wholesale and retail arm and are world leading within the agriculture industry. Rarely do you get such an opportunity to work with a business who has the scale and size while living the countryside life. This role requires someone who can be onsite in Morrinsville (Waikato) 3 days / week.The RoleFilling in for the infrastructure lead from a technical perspective, you will be charged with taking ownership of all systems in this Microsoft led business. You will be responsible for all aspects of the group’s IT server, storage, and network infrastructure, cloud services, data centers and security. While you have no direct reports in this position, you will be charged with mentorship of junior IT team members and leading external vendors for delivery.Key Responsibilities

• Manage the infrastructure life cycle.
• Develop infrastructure strategy that will best support the business to grow, providing highly available solutions aligned with performance expectations
• Ensure the group’s IT identity maintains its integrity
• Ensure network & security architecture is future proofed
• Ensure IT infrastructure meets operational demands through capacity planning, performance monitoring, and resource allocation.
• Lead disaster recovery planning and execution to safeguard business operations in case of disruptions.
• Partner with internal teams and external vendors to deliver reliable, secure infrastructure services that align with business needs.
• Develop and maintain the group’s IT security strategies, ensuring effectiveness, correctness and adaptability for change and growth
• Management of contractor service delivery
• Manage data backup and recovery

Key Requirements

• Hands on experience designing and supporting Hyper-V, Azure, network, and security services in a complex hybrid environment
• Proven track record in vendor management, including contracts and service level agreements (SLAs).
• In-depth knowledge of cyber security controls and response
• Strong knowledge of remote access technologies, disaster recovery planning, and IT infrastructure performance metrics.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, including expertise in managing vendors.
• Excellent communications skills across a wide variety of people

Desired Technical Skills

• Experience migrating on premise workloads to a cloud solution
• Industry certifications, such as Cisco (CCNA/CCNP), Azure, or ITIL.
• Familiarity with IT service management tools and methodologies.
• Background in implementing performance optimization and capacity planning strategies.
• Proficiency in security best practices and risk mitigation within IT infrastructure.
