Rôle et Responsabilités
En tant que Interim Head of Operations, vous serez directement rattaché au CEO et aurez pour mission de diriger strategiquement et opérationnellement l’équipe d’Insurello. Vous superviserez les fonctions de réclamations, juridiques et de support client, tout en encadrant 3 à 4 collaborateurs directs, dont deux managers d’équipe.
Votre Mission Comprend :
- Développer la stratégie opérationnelle : Collaborez avec la direction pour transformer les priorités stratégiques en plans d’action.
- Améliorer la performance : Utilisez des données pour surveiller et optimiser les performances opérationnelles.
- Assurer l’alignement des équipes : Favorisez les relations interfonctionnelles pour garantir l’harmonisation des priorités.
- Développer les compétences des collaborateurs : Épauler les managers et encourager la performance au sein des équipes.
Profil Recherché
- Leader d’opérations expérimenté dans des environnements en forte croissance.
- Orienté sur les données, à l’aise avec les métriques et les outils d’analyse.
- Capacité à gérer des projets et à influencer les parties prenantes diverses.
- Maîtrise du suédois et de l’anglais.
Points Bonus :
- Expérience dans des secteurs réglementés tels que l’assurance ou la fintech.
- Expérience en collaboration avec des équipes de service client.

We’ve already helped over 48,000 people claim more than 1 billion SEK, and our customer count continues to grow every hour.The RoleAs Interim Head of Operations (maternity cover starting mid-August 2025), you’ll report directly to the CEO and be responsible for the strategic and day-to-day leadership of Insurello’s Operational engine that consists of Claims, Legal and Customer Support functions. You’ll manage 3–4 direct reports, including two Team Managers who oversee large operational teams, ensuring the delivery of efficient, customer-centric services.Your Mission in This Role🧑💻 Lead operational strategy, planning, and execution
- Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to translate strategic priorities into actionable operational plans.
- Own operational steering, ensuring efficiency and delivery on key business outcomes.

- Use data and metrics to monitor, analyze, and improve performance.

- Maintain high standards in service, compliance, and regulatory areas within a fast-paced environment.

- Foster strong cross-functional relationships with Product, Data, Finance, and other key stakeholders.

- A seasoned operations leader with experience in fast-paced, scale-up environments.
- Highly analytical and data-driven — confident working with metrics, dashboards, Excel, and operational systems.
- Strong in project and stakeholder management, with the ability to align and influence across functions.
- Strategic thinker who’s also hands-on — able to shift between high-level planning and operational execution.
- Proactive, structured, and decisive in complex and evolving situations.
- Experienced in leading senior experts or specialized teams — ideally with exposure to managing other managers, but not a must.
- A supportive, direct, and trusted leader; you inspire strong work ethics, engagement, and focus.
- Fluent in Swedish and English.
