This role is perfect for someone who thrives on proactive engagement, clear communication, and cross-functional collaboration in the technology sector. Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth onboarding and successful implementation of HALO’s solutions.
  • Respond and address customer inquiries across various channels, striving for one-touch resolution while maintaining clear and effective communication to build strong relationships and enhance satisfaction.
  • Address customer inquiries promptly and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues effectively.
  • Promote HALO’s products and services, identify upselling opportunities, and recommend solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Engineering teams to deliver cohesive and coordinated customer support.

QualificationsWe’re looking for a customer-focused professional who is committed to excellence and driven to make a difference. You are self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to shifting priorities and a team player who thrives in cross-departmental collaboration. Other key skills you will bring;

  • Sound experience in a customer success, customer management or similar role.
  • Prior experience in a technical environment or working with technology products is a plus.
  • Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and sharp analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proven ability to build lasting relationships with customers and internal teams
