Le stage proposé est essentiel pour les étudiants souhaitant développer des compétences pratiques dans le domaine de l’e-commerce. En qualité de E-commerce Intern, le stagiaire sera impliqué dans les opérations quotidiennes d’une boutique en ligne, participant à diverses tâches allant de la gestion des listings de produits à la réalisation de campagnes marketing et à l’analyse de données.
Le rôle comprend plusieurs aspects importants :
- Gestion des catalogues de produits : Assister à la mise à jour des listings produits pour garantir leur précision.
- Support marketing : Participer à l’exécution de stratégies visant à améliorer les ventes et la rentabilité.
- Interaction avec les clients : Offrir un service client par email et chat en direct, en résolvant les problèmes et en répondant aux questions.
Les stagiaires auront l’opportunité de choisir un domaine spécifique en fonction de leur cursus académique :
- Ecommerce Category Intern : Soutenir l’équipe catégorie dans l’exécution de stratégies marketing et promotionnelles.
- Marketing Support Intern : Aider à la mise en place de campagnes de marketing digital et de contenus promotionnels.
- Customer Service Intern : Gérer les demandes clients en ligne et intervenir en cas de réclamations.
- ECommerce Data Analyst Intern : Suivre et analyser les indicateurs clés de performance de l’e-commerce.
- ECommerce Operation & Warehouse Assistant Intern : Assistance à la gestion des stocks et des commandes.
Qualifications requises :
Les candidats doivent être actuellement inscrits dans une institution universitaire et rechercher un stage d’une durée minimale de 12 semaines. Des compétences en communication, une attitude proactive, et une capacité à travailler sous pression sont essentielles. Une familiarité avec les outils informatiques et une attention particulière aux détails sont également requises.

📝 Description du poste : Job Responsibility ECommerce Intern Job Overview An E-commerce Intern supports the day-to-day operations of an online store, assisting with tasks like product listing management, website updates, marketing campaigns, customer service inquiries, data analysis, and order fulfilment, gaining hands-on experience in managing an e-commerce platform and contributing to strategies to optimize sales and customer experience. Act as coordinator to run cross-functional projects/initiatives with a cross-function team. Roles & Responsibilities Internship role assignment will be in accordance with the intern’s academic field eCommerce Category Intern: Supports category team in executing strategies to improve sales and profitability. Assist Category team to execute promotional activities Assist in managing online product listings and ensuring accuracy Monitor inventory levels and update stock availability. Analyse, create and deliver various performance reports and insights. Supporting the timely execution of day-to-day online store operations currently enrolled in a Business / Marketing Degree or similar Marketing Support Intern (Social Commerce / Digital Marketing Division) : Support the setup and execution of digital marketing campaigns. Support the setup and execution of live-streaming events. Research and develop promotional content for online platforms and social medias. Analysing analytics to gauge the success of campaigns. Assist with report writing for social media analytics currently enrolled in Business / Digital Marketing Degree or similar. Customer Service Intern: Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat. Resolve customer issues and complaints currently enrolled in Business / Language Degree or similar. eCommerce Power BI & Data Analyst Intern: Track key e-commerce metrics like sales, conversion rates, and customer engagement. Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Generate reports to present insights to the team. Assist in designing and developing BI reports and interactive dashboards. Optimize and ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security within Power BI solutions, data presented in the dashboards and report. currently enrolled in Degree in Mathematics / Degree in Data Analytics or similar. eCommerce Operation & Warehouse Assistant Intern: Assist in managing inventory (inbound / outbound/ shelfing,etc) Sort, organize and store inventory in the proper location Inspect and verify stocks Assist in order fulfilment processes (pick / pack etc) Assist in activities related to inventory (Tracking, tagging, shelving, stock count, etc) Handle returns currently enrolled in Degree in Logistics or similar Qualifications Job Requirements Actively enrolled university student in related field seeking internship Internship duration minimum 12 weeks. Strong interpersonal & communication skills, eager to learn, hard-working & proactive attitude. Efficient, good time-management, can work under pressure & enjoy a fast-paced environment.
