AWS Infrastructure Services (AIS) est responsable de la conception, de la planification, de la livraison et de l’opération de toutes les infrastructures globales d’AWS. Le rôle d’Inventory Controller au sein de l’équipe AWS Cloud Logistics Warehousing s’inscrit dans cette dynamique, avec pour mission principale l’optimisation des stratégies de gestion des stocks afin d’améliorer l’expérience client, les niveaux de stock et l’utilisation de la capacité d’entreposage. Ce poste fait appel à un profil analytique et proactif, engagé dans l’amélioration des processus et la gestion des fournisseurs tiers.

Responsabilités Clés

Gestion des Matériaux

  • Supervision : Gestion des niveaux de stock dans toutes les zones d’entreposage et coordination pour débloquer le flux de matériaux.
  • Excellence Opérationnelle : Mise en place de métriques basées sur les données pour optimiser les opérations d’entrepôt.

Gestion de la Chaîne d’Approvisionnement

  • Continuité d’Approvisionnement : Protéger la continuité d’approvisionnement pour la fabrication gérée par AWS.
  • Analyse Commerciale : Identifier les opportunités d’amélioration des processus internes et externes, et appliquer des meilleures pratiques.

Amélioration Opérationnelle

  • Solutions Évolutives : Fournir des solutions adaptées aux problèmes spécifiques rencontrés.
  • Collaboration : Travailler de manière transversale pour réunir les équipes internes et externes et établir des exigences précises.

Qualifications Requises

Compétences de Base

  • Expérience en chaîne d’approvisionnement.
  • Connaissance des rôles similaires dans la gestion des stocks ou la direction d’entrepôt.
  • Capacité à communiquer efficacement avec les équipes internes et externes.

Qualifications Privilégiées

  • Expérience dans la rédaction de documents d’exigences clairs et détaillés.
  • Compétence en Excel.
  • Connaissance des fournisseurs tiers et du secteur logistique (transport aérien/maritime).

The successful candidate will manage inventory levels of finished goods, data centre build gear and other components throughout the EMEA region, mananging a number of off-site locations as well assisitng with the daily operations of our warehouse in Dublin. Materials Management
– Oversight of stock levels in all remote warehouse locations, management of aged materials and working with transport team and ODM’s to unblock material flow.
– Drive Warehousing operational excellence through data driven metrics
– Perform functional Data Analysis and Reporting for warehouse operations

– Drive material positioning and availability in multiple warehouses to maximize utilizationSupply Chain
– Protect continuity of supply for AWS managed manufacturing
– Drive cross-functional and cross-regional strategic initiatives to improve supply chain efficiency and overall cost structure
– Drive complex business analysis to identify business opportunities to improve internal and external processes
– Work cross-functionally to identify and apply best practices and continuous process improvements
– Provides input on System Integration, User Acceptance and Performance test plans for accuracy and completeness.Operational Enhancement
