Aperçu du Rôle
En tant qu’Analyste d’Investissement, vous intégrerez l’équipe des Opérations d’Asset Management, dédiée au traitement du cycle de vie des transactions pour divers produits tels que les produits de taux, les crédits, et les investissements immobiliers. Vous jouerez un rôle clé en assurant la réconciliation quotidienne des liquidités et des positions des comptes d’investissement de Swiss Re.
Responsabilités Clés
- Réalisation de la réconciliation quotidienne des liquidités et des positions des comptes d’investissement.
- Suivi, enquête, résolution et rapport des éléments de réconciliation en suspens.
- Rapport des activités d’investissement vers le département Finance.
- Participation active aux initiatives et projets.
- Communication avec les parties prenantes internes et externes.
- Soutien aux audits internes et externes.
- Proposition d’améliorations pour optimiser les processus et les tâches.
Profil Recherché
- Capacité d’apprendre et flexibilité face à de nouveaux défis.
- Attention aux détails et bonnes compétences analytiques.
- Connaissances de base en matière d’investissement.
- Priorisation des tâches et respect des délais.
- Maîtrise de l’anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit.
- Esprit d’équipe et attitude pro-active.
Qualifications Préférées :
- Diplôme universitaire en finance, comptabilité, économie ou domaine connexe.
- Connaissance avancée d’Excel.

Rémunération
La fourchette salariale pour ce poste se situe entre 1,400 EUR et 2,400 EUR par mois, en fonction de l’expérience, des qualifications et des responsabilités associées au rôle. De plus, Swiss Re propose une composante de rémunération variable attrayante, visant à reconnaître les performances des employés.

Then AM operations is the best way how to launch your career!About the RoleThis is an opportunity for you to join our Asset Management Operations team whose purpose is to support the trade life cycle processing of the products managed by the various desks, such as rates and credit products, securities lending, repos, derivative payments, collateral payments, real estate investments, acquisitions and many more.As an Investment Analyst, you will be responsible for execution of daily cash and position reconciliation of Swiss Re Investment accounts. You will be part of Investment Account Control Services team which consists of 3 sub-teams, 18 colleagues in total. This role will allow you to see all events related to investment lifecycle and you will play a key role in ensuring all these events are executed on market as expected. To achieve this, you will be working with the tools such as Bloomberg, Aladdin, eFront and be in contact with internal stakeholders, as well as with stakeholders outside of Swiss Re, such as global custodians or external investment managers.Key responsibilities:
- Execution of daily cash and position reconciliation of Swiss Re investment accounts
- Monitoring, investigation, resolution and reporting of any reconciliation outstanding items
- Reporting of investment activity to Finance
- Active participation in initiatives and projects
- Communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Providing support to internal / external audit
- Challenging Status Quo – Suggesting improvements to enhance processes and tasks
About You
- Ability to learn, openness and flexibility for new tasks and challenges
- Detail orientation and good analytical skills
- Basic investments knowledge
- Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Strong teamwork and « can do » attitude
Preferred:
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or another related degree
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
