Description du Poste
En tant qu’Investment Paralegal, vous serez responsable de fournir un soutien juridique pour divers projets liés aux entités d’investissement à travers plusieurs juridictions. Les responsabilités incluent des recherches juridiques sur la gouvernance d’entreprise et la conformité, ainsi que l’assistance dans la documentation nécessaire à la gestion d’investissements dans des fonds privés.

Responsabilités Clés
Le candidat sélectionné devra :
- Préparer et fournir les documents nécessaires pour connaître le client, ainsi que les autorités de signature.
- Assembler des documents de formation d’entreprise et collecter des signatures.
- Assister aux transactions des marchés privés et à divers fonds d’investissement.
- Aider à la création, révision et mise à jour des documents de recherche juridique.
- Suivre les échéances de dépôt et maintenir les dossiers à jour dans la base de données interne.
Qualifications Requises
- Éducation : Diplôme en Juris Doctor (JD) ou au moins deux ans dans un programme JD.
- Expérience : De préférence, 1-2 ans dans un cabinet d’avocats ou un service juridique d’une institution financière.
- Compétences Techniques : Maîtrise de Microsoft Office, Adobe, et redlining.
- Aptitudes Interpersonnelles : Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante et en équipe, avec une attention particulière aux détails.

The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of corporate and/or financial or investment law and governance based on relevant prior work experience.
