Description du poste

Ce rôle d’**ISR Mission Systems Engineer** est intégré à une équipe dédiée au développement de systèmes de mission ISR pour divers aéronefs, tels que le C295, le RPAS/UAS, le FCAS et l’A400M. Les responsabilités incluent :

• Conception détaillée des systèmes : rédaction des exigences fonctionnelles, modélisation et prototypage, spécifications de sous-systèmes, dessins techniques.
• Intégration d’équipements : encadrement technique des fournisseurs dans le cadre d’un développement basé sur un cadre V-shape.
• Validation et vérification : participation aux activités de validation en laboratoire, support aux essais au sol et en vol pour garantir la qualification et la certification des systèmes.

Compétences requises

Les candidats doivent posséder un profil technique orienté vers les missions ISR, avec une expertise appréciée dans les disciplines d’avionique. Les expériences et connaissances suivantes sont Valorised :

• Expérience dans des missions ISR telles que la surveillance maritime ou la guerre anti-sous-marine.
• Bonne connaissance des capteurs de mission et des sous-systèmes (électro-optique, radar, SIGINT, etc.).
• Expérience avec l’intégration de liens de données tactiques.
• Compétences en systèmes de navigation, transpondeurs et plateformes de calcul.
• Connaissance des systèmes de mission pilotés ou sans pilote.
• Capacité à gérer des activités de développement et d’intégration, de la capture des exigences aux activités de vérification et validation.
• Capacités en matière de contrôle des fournisseurs.
• Communication efficace, assertivité et volonté de voyager.
• Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit.

📝 Description du poste : Job Description:An opportunity for an ISR Mission Systems Engineer has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, Getafe (Madrid)As ISR Mission Systems engineer the candidate will be integrated in a team in charge of developing ISR Mission Systems for several Aircrafts as C295, RPAS/UAS, FCAS, A400M, etc. The activities to be performed are mainly focused on system detailed design (Functional requirements, modelling & prototyping, Subsystem Specs, ICDs, Drawings, Equipment Integration, etc.) and supplier technical steering considering a V-shape development framework.This also considers the V&V activities associated as product laboratory validation, support A/C ground and flight Testing, etc. to achieve the full Qualification and Certification of the product.Required skills for a suitable candidate are:

• Technical Profile (no management)
• Expertise in ISR Mission & Avionics disciplines is greatly appreciated
• Previous knowledge/experience in ISR missions as Maritime surveillance/Patrol, antisubmarine warfare, AGS, EW, etc would be considered very positively
• Good knowledge of Mission Sensors & Subsystems as Electrooptic, Radar (SAR, MPR, etc.),SIGINT/ELINT/ESM/COMINT, AIS, PLS, Computing Platforms, etc.
• Previous experience in Tactical Datalinks (L16, VMF, L22, etc) integration would be appreciated
• Good knowledge of Displays, Navigation Systems, Computing Platforms, Transponders, etc.
• Good knowledge of UAS and/or Manned Mission Systems
• Excellent knowledge of development & integration activities, from requirements capture to verification/validation activities to achieve a qualified/certified system. That includes engineering fields as safety, quality assurance, configuration control, etc. applied to Mission Systems
• Good knowledge of procurement activities, from supplier selection to control and monitoring activities.
• Proactiveness is a must
• Good communication skills, assertiveness and willingness to travel
• Strong Spanish and English skills, both verbal and written
