Missions principales :
Le candidat sélectionné sera responsable de l’identification, de la recherche et de la résolution des problèmes techniques rencontrés par les utilisateurs. Qualifications nécessaires :

• Niveau d’études : Un diplôme de niveau secondaire est requis, un diplôme associé ou un baccalauréat en Technologie de l’information, Informatique ou un domaine connexe est un avantage.
• Compétences techniques : Connaissance approfondie des systèmes d’exploitation Windows, iOS et Android ainsi que de la suite Microsoft Office (365). Une compréhension des réseaux (TCP/IP, DNS, WINS, DHCP) est essentielle.
• Administration Active Directory : Connaissance de base en administration Active Directory et gestion des serveurs.
• Compétences en communication : Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale, avec capacité à établir des relations de travail solides avec les utilisateurs finaux.
• Résolution de problèmes : Compétences analytiques et aptitude à résoudre des défis techniques.
• Service client : Expérience antérieure dans un rôle de support technique orienté client dans un environnement régulé par des accords de niveaux de service (SLA).
• Langues : Maîtrise du russe et de l’anglais, d’autres langues étant un atout.
• Compétences interpersonnelles : Capacité à gérer son temps et ses priorités efficacement, à travailler de manière autonome ou en équipe, et à fournir des résultats de haute qualité sous pression.

Responsabilités détaillées

Le IT Operations Specialist aura une multitude de responsabilités, y compris mais non limitées à :

• Fournir un support IT sur site et à distance aux utilisateurs au niveau mondial.
• Assister à la configuration des appareils informatiques, y compris ordinateurs, imprimantes, et téléphones VoIP.
• Être le point de contact local pour les partenaires d’externalisation IT et les autres unités commerciales globales.
• Gérer les opérations des systèmes d’exploitation, ainsi que les tâches liées aux salles serveurs.
• Effectuer la gestion des incidents et des demandes.
• Former les nouveaux utilisateurs et animer des sessions de formation régulières.

• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Windows, iOS, and Android operating systems. Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (365), and general networking (TCP/IP, DNS, WINS, DHCP) is essential.
• Active Directory: Familiarity with Active Directory and basic server room knowledge.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to build and manage strong working relationships with end users.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve technical challenges.
• Customer Service: Previous experience in a customer-facing technical support role and working within SLA-driven environments.
• Languages: Fluency in Russian and English, with other languages being a plus.
• Soft Skills: Ability to manage time and priorities effectively, work independently and as part of a team, and deliver high-quality results under pressure.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide onsite and remote IT support to users. This includes assisting, instructing, informing, and training them on IT-related matters. Scope: GLOBAL, not limited to Russia.
• Support and assist configuring IT appliances, printers, VolP phones, mobile phones, tablets, internet lines and other standard hardware and standard software.
• Act as a local point of contact for IT outsourcing partners and other Global IT business units.
• Operating systems support: Windows, iOS, Android, Mac
• Server room operations: racking, patching, cabling, tape backup change, refresh.
• Assist other IT Teams to assess capacity and requirements locally.
• Incident/request management
• Travelling to other locations where/when needed
• Train new users, conduct regular training sessions, project related training sessions
• AD user administration
• Office 365 technical support
• Ensure effective user communication (IT changes, announcements, reminders)
• Translate documents, training materials and manuals to local language(s).
• IT project assistance and consulting, within the boundaries of this job description.
• Maintain IT knowledge database and create and maintain documentation about hardware and/or software.
• Provide all the relevant and pertinent information when involved in local IT audit processes.
• Disposal of IT equipment and appliances.
• Provide IT consultancy to local management upon request
• Provide best effort IT support for local business events (symposium, conferences, meetings).
• Fluent in Russian AND English, other languages are a plus.
• Ability to manage time and priorities effectively
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal), also in public
• Ability to build & manage strong working relationships with end users
• Ability to deliver at a high level, even when under pressure, when working both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to translate business needs into IT terms
