Rôle et Responsabilités
En tant qu’IT Product Owner, le candidat retenu dirigera l’équipe « Sales Order Processing and Available to Promise » (SO&ATP). Cette équipe est essentielle pour le suivi de la création des commandes de vente et pour garantir l’adéquation avec les exigences contractuelles des clients.
- Collaborer avec des analystes commerciaux et des développeurs pour atteindre les objectifs de l’équipe produit.
- Communiquer avec les parties prenantes pour cerner leurs besoins.
- Assurer une transition fluide entre les équipes, en tenant compte de l’impact inter-équipes.
- Garantir que les produits livrés répondent aux attentes des utilisateurs.
- Prioriser les éléments du Product Backlog pour optimiser les résultats.

This team is responsible for the process of creating and tracking sales orders to fulfill customer requirements for products and services based upon the contractual terms and conditions, allocation of stock for fulfilling customer orders, and for passing the demand signals from the customer orders to manufacturing/procurement for fulfillment.What You Will Be Doing:
As the IT Product Owner, you will guide the technical SAP S/4HANA, Cognitus, and Icertis solution for the SO&ATP team (part of the Contracts and Billing Product Team) and report to the ERP CoE Applications Director. Your responsibilities are based on a broad knowledge of IT and include, but are not limited to the following:
- Working with Lockheed Martin IT business analysts and developers, as well as professional services (SAP, Cognitus, iCertis, Deloitte) to accomplish the product team’s objectives
- Communicating with stakeholders and product management team to understand their needs
- Working with other Product Owners to ensure smooth handoff between teams and understanding of cross-team impacts
- Providing clarity of scope and oversight to a team of analysts and developers to ensure products will satisfy users’ needs
- Ensuring delivery of capabilities in accordance with program schedule
- Ensuring functionality and products produced by your team are high quality and reliable
- Prioritizing and scheduling items in the Product Backlog to best achieve goals and missions
- Optimizing the value of the work the Development Team performs
- Ensuring that the Product Backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all, and shows what the Scrum Team will work next
- Ensuring the Development Team understands items in the Product Backlog to the level needed
- Engaging with leadership to report status and escalate risks/issues to drive to a quick resolution

This role is fully remote. Due to system access and program requirements, US Citizenship is required (no dual citizenship). Occasional travel may be needed to support testing or deployment.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience with Project or Program Management and technical leadership
- Demonstrated Agile experience
- Experience with IT software implementations, especially in SAP
- Proven ability to develop and lead software test cycle
- Experience in Software Lifecycle Management
- Ability to effectively craft appropriate materials and present to Executive level leadership
- Past experience engaging and managing relationships with strategic stakeholders to achieve shared objectives
- Ability to effectively communicate to varied audiences
- US Citizenship required due to system access program requirements, excluding dual citizenship
Desired Skills:
- Deep experience in program management, including technical, cost, and schedule performance
- Experience as a Product Owner or Scrum Master, including certifications
- Experience in Sales Order processing
- Familiarity with contract lifecycle management, customer billing, or accounts receivables and collections
- Configuration experience in SAP
- Knowledge or experience in Focused Build
- Experience with Agile tools including Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Jira or VersionOne
- Experience within the Aerospace & Defense industry
- Experience with the Cognitus CIS-AD (Cognitus’ Industry Solution for Aerospace and Defense) product
- Experience with the Icertis Contract Intelligence product

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4×10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $109,200 – $189,290. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. This position is incentive plan eligible.

For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
