Les Enjeux du Poste
La centralité d’Euroclear dans l’industrie financière, couplée à une pression réglementaire croissante, place les risques et les contrôles au cœur des activités quotidiennes. Le poste proposé ne sera pas seulement technique ; il permettra également de développer des compétences interpersonnelles à plusieurs niveaux hiérarchiques, ainsi qu’une compréhension approfondie des services IT, de sécurité et des affaires.
En tant que membre de l’équipe Continuous Assurance & Compliance, vous endosserez la responsabilité totale des activités de test des contrôles, en collaboration étroite avec un Control Assurance Manager. Ce rôle inclut de conseiller et de challenger les équipes IT et de sécurité sur la qualité et la maturité de leur environnement de contrôle.
Responsabilités Quotidiennes
Les principales missions du poste incluent :
- Tester les contrôles IT et/ou de sécurité : Évaluer l’efficacité des contrôles et en discuter les résultats avec les exécutants et propriétaires des contrôles.
- Rédiger des conclusions : Produire des recommandations à soumettre au Control Assurance Manager.
- Rapport mensuel : Préparer des rapports pour la direction sur les résultats des tests.
- Suivi des actions de remédiation : Aider à contrôler et à rapporter sur l’avancement des actions correctives suite aux évaluations.
Ces responsabilités s’accompagnent d’une contribution active aux initiatives d’amélioration au sein de l’équipe.
Profil Recherché
Compétences Techniques :
- Diplôme Universitaire : ou expérience équivalente, de préférence en informatique ou en ingénierie.
- Langues : Maîtrise de l’anglais (oral et écrit), la connaissance du français et/ou néerlandais est un plus.
- Expérience : Expérience dans le domaine IT & sécurité ou en assurance/audit est souhaitée.
Compétences Interpersonnelles :
- Esprit de risque et contrôle : Une forte capacité d’analyse et une attention portée aux détails.
- Compétences en communication : Capacité à exprimer des conclusions claires et basées sur des faits.
- Autonomie : Capacité à travailler de façon indépendante tout en étant un bon joueur d’équipe.
- Diplomatie : Excellentes compétences relationnelles et en diplomatie.
- Motivation : Proactif, apprenant rapide, capable de s’adapter à un environnement dynamique.

We offer you a key position providing you with the opportunity to develop your soft skills and working relationships at different levels of the organization as well as core competencies in the domain of risks and controls.You will join a stimulating international team supporting all Euroclear group entities, allowing you to grow your understanding and develop transversal knowledge of IT, Security and business services across the group.You will play an active role in developing the Continuous Assurance & Compliance team.You will develop a network at various levels of the organization through field work, cross-divisional collaboration and contacts with senior stakeholders in the company, both in IT and with Risk Management and Internal Audit. This will bring you exciting career evolution opportunities in the assurance function as well as in the first, second or third line of defense.Your part of the dealWithin the Continuous Assurance and Compliance team, you will take end-to-end responsibility of the control testing activities in close collaboration with a Control Assurance Manager. You will act as an assurance partner to IT and security teams, advising and challenging them on the quality and maturity of their control environment.Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Perform IT and/or security control testing and clear the testing results with control performers and owners;
- Draft the conclusions on control effectiveness and recommendations, for review with the Control Assurance Manager;
- Prepare the monthly reporting to senior management;
- Assist in the monitoring and reporting on the progress of remediation actions resulting from assessments.
In addition, you will:
- Contribute to improvement initiatives within the team (e.g. process maturity improvement).
Your profileTechnical skills
- University degree or equivalent experience (education in Computer Science or Engineering is a plus)
- Fluent knowledge of English (verbal, writing, presentation). French and/or Dutch is a plus
- Field experience in IT & Security or in assurance/audit with a strong willingness to invest in building IT and Security knowledge
Soft skills
- Strong risk and control mindset
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Good reporting and communication skills. Ability to build fact-based conclusions and pass clear messages
- Autonomy in your work but with a clear team-player attitude
- A good relationship builder with strong diplomacy skills
