Vous aurez l’opportunité de rejoindre une équipe qui voit au-delà des hiérarchies conventionnelles, visant à redéfinir le futur de l’IT. En tant que Consultant en Stratégie IT, vos responsabilités incluront :
- Analyse approfondie des problématiques technologiques des clients et formulation de solutions innovantes.
- Direction de projets d’infrastructure à grande échelle, contribuant à l’évolution de l’entreprise.
- Conseil stratégique sur l’adoption des technologies cloud et non-cloud, avec des recommandations précises et des analyses de rentabilité.

Compétences Requises
Les candidats doivent posséder une expertise solide dans plusieurs domaines, tels que :
- Technologies cloud majeures (virtualisation, conteneurs, etc.)
- Méthodologies de conseil et approche analytique
- Analyse de données et modélisation
- Capacité à communiquer des idées techniques à des audiences variées
Un accent particulier sera mis sur la capacité à prioriser, à diriger des ateliers, et à définir des stratégies IT qui incorporent la sécurité et la résilience.
Compétences Préférées
Les candidats ayant une expérience chez un cabinet de conseil de type "Big Four", ainsi qu’un diplôme de niveau master en informatique ou équivalent, seront considérés comme des atouts. De plus, des certifications en gestion des services IT et dans les principaux environnements cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) seront appréciées.

You will be guiding customers in their adoption of both major cloud and non-cloud technologies, including virtualization and containers. You will advise customers on technology options and help them make strategic choices and decisions. Your expertise in prioritizing use cases, conducting ROI and business case analyses, and seamlessly incorporating security and resiliency into future state designs will shape the foundation for success.You will grow to become a trusted and experienced Consultant, responsible for a vast number of essential technical components such as analyzing the customer’s current state, defining IT Strategy including key outcomes, designing conceptual solutions, planning and executing design and implementation work (with support from technical specialists), and accounting for time, cost, and quality targets. You will also develop IP and own specific assets, tools, and white papers articulating point of views in a specific domain, assemble and lead a team of consultants and architects, and facilitate and capture lessons learned from engagements to update methodologies and assets.Your Future at Kyndryl

- Knowledge of major cloud technologies including virtualization, containers, networking etc. on different cloud platforms
- Counsulting methodologies and approach
- Good and experience based knoweldge in at least three domains (e.g., cloud computing, IT strategy, infrastructure, IT operations, applications, enterprise architecture, solution architecture, automation, data management, AI/ML, IoT and cloud governance models) to advise on industry-leading solutions
- Data modeling and analytical experience using common tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau)
- Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Issue-based analysis determined and structured data to collect, and produced structured conclusions, recommendations, and roadmaps
- Knowledge of IT Operating Model and Process Frameworks
- Ability to lead/facilitate workshops and interviews, great presentation skills
- Understanding of DevSecOps, Agile, Scrum construct to identify inefficiencies through readiness assessments and development of strategies and approaches to optimize the implementation of IT or cloud resources and capabilities
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Consulting experience with an IT professional service “big 4” firm or similar background focused on IT strategy enablement
- Master degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience in the areas of IT and/or cloud technology architecture, service management and/or resiliency
- ITSM and ITIL or COBIT certification
- Hyperscaler Certification (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Business case skills, ROI, and TCO analysis to validate IT strategy
- Experience leading workshops and interviews for discovery and assessment engagements
