Novonesis, entreprise pionnière dans le domaine des solutions biologiques, recherche un Technical Sales Manager pour renforcer son équipe au sein de la division Animal & Plant BioSolutions, Japan. Ce poste offre l’opportunité de travailler avec des collègues issus de diverses disciplines au service d’une mission commune : améliorer le monde grâce à la biologie. Le candidat idéal contribuera à des solutions innovantes, mettant l’accent sur la collaboration, l’éducation et la durabilité.
Responsabilités principales
- Support technique : Fournir une assistance technique à l’équipe de vente, y compris l’éducation, la formation et l’interprétation des recherches.
- Développement commercial : Aider l’équipe des ventes à développer et maintenir les relations commerciales dans le secteur des monogastriques, notamment le porc et la volaille.
- Positionnement des produits : Positionner les produits clés de Novonesis auprès des nutritionnistes, vétérinaires et entreprises d’alimentation.
- Collaboration : Travailler avec l’équipe technique APAC pour analyser les tendances du marché et les possibilités de croissance.
- Développement de protocoles : Conduire le développement et la mise en œuvre de protocoles, tout en supervisant les études de recherche.
- Engagement professionnel : Participer à des associations professionnelles pertinentes.
Exigences du poste
Le candidat doit disposer d’un doctorat en médecine vétérinaire ou en sciences agricoles ainsi que de jusqu’à 10 ans d’expérience dans le secteur de la production animale, particulièrement en nutrition porcine et avicole. Une connaissance approfondie et des connexions dans le secteur sont des atouts majeurs.

Our strong team spirit and culture reflect the values we live every day: we care, we explore, we impact, and we take ownership.In this role you’ll make an impact by:You will support Japan area on the full Monogastric portfolio (Swine and Poultry) and will work in tight collaboration with the Regional Technical Services Team.Provides technical assistance to Novonesis Sales Organization in APAC including education, training, and interpretation of research to continually improve knowledge and skill sets.Supports sales team in growing and maintaining business. Understands, supports, and executes the selling process.Positions key Novonesis products to consulting nutritionists, veterinarians, and feed companies to increase recommendations of branded products. Maintains an active list of contacts with poultry nutritionists, veterinarians, academic thought leaders, and other key industry opinion leaders.Collaborates with Animal Biosolutions Technical Services APAC team, Japan Sales Team on industry trends, challenges, and opportunities to expand and/or enhance our brand portfolio and recognition.Leads development and implementation of protocols and monitors Novonesis research studies at university or contract research facilities.Assists in development and review of technical and sales materials.Participates in professional trade associations and committees related to Poultry & SwineCreates and presents scientific presentations as needed.Assists in developing and supporting company positioning.To succeed you must hold:Characteristics acquired through an advanced degree in Veterinary / agriculture science (DVM). Experience in swine production, technical services advice, and feed additives business development.Good focus in Swine & Poultry nutrition or veterinary medicine, up to 10 years of experience in animal production market. An extensive knowledge of Swine & Poultry nutrition, production, or veterinary medicine is required.Strong technical knowledge within field or strong industry background and connectionsEnergetic Proactive driver who through example sets ambitious targets, are well-organized and can communicate effectively both internally as well as externallyStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.Could our purpose be yours?
