Missions Principales

En tant que Java Tech Lead, vos responsabilités seront les suivantes :

• Conception et développement de solutions basées sur Java et SpringBoot en suivant les meilleures pratiques des architectures microservices.
• Collaboration étroite avec les clients et l’équipe pour établir des relations solides et productives.
• Mise en place de solutions pour des pipelines Jenkins.
• Communication efficace pour présenter des solutions et des démonstrations aux clients, partenaires et équipes internes.
• Analyse des exigences métier en collaboration avec les parties prenantes et la direction informatique.
• Participation active dans un environnement Agile en tant que membre de l’équipe Scrum.

Profil Recherché

Pour ce poste, nous recherchons des candidats avec le profil suivant :

• Expérience dans la gestion d’équipes de développement.
• Minimum de 8 ans d’expérience en Java Enterprise Edition.
• Au moins 3 ans d’expérience avec SpringBoot et/ou Quarkus.
• Connaissance des outils DevOps, notamment dans la création de pipelines (Maven, Jenkins, Chef, Puppet, GitHub, GitLab…).
• Compétences en Docker, RabbitMQ et Kafka.
• Une expérience antérieure dans le secteur de l’assurance ou financier est préférée.
• Anglais courant requis.

• Build solutions over Java and SpringBoot, following containerized microservices architectures best practices and guidelines
• Work in a solid and collaborative relationship with customers and the team
• Build and used delivering solutions for Jenkins pipelines
• Good communication skills to promote and exhibit solutions and demos for customers, partners and internal teams
• Analyze the business requirements by collaborating with the stakeholders and IT Management, studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes
• Experience working in Agile environment as scrum team member

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience in managing development teams
• Min. 8 years experience using Java Enterprise Edition
• Min. 3 years experience working with Springbootand/or Quarkus
• Experience DevOps tools using and building pipelines ( Maven, Jenkins, Chef, Puppet, Github, GitLab,….)
• Knowledge in Dockers, RabbitMQ/Kafka
• We value background experience on Insurance(preferably) or financial sector
• Fluent English
