Votre Rôle
Dans le cadre du renforcement des équipes commerciales nordiques, vous serez principalement responsable du marché finlandais. Vos tâches incluront :
- Identification et recherche : Trouver de nouveaux clients potentiels pour utiliser AUTO1.com.
- Vente : Proposer et vendre notre produit lors de contacts téléphoniques.
- Service client : Conseiller et accompagner les clients existants.
- Veille sectorielle : Se tenir informé des tendances du marché automobile.
Profil Recherché
Nous cherchons des candidats qui ont un réel intérêt pour la création de relations durables et qui sont motivés à se développer professionnellement. Les critères essentiels incluent :
- Être fluent en finnois et à l’aise en anglais, qui est la langue de travail de l’entreprise.
- Avoir d’excellentes compétences relationnelles et communicationnelles.

- Être naturellement curieux, sans nécessiter d’expertise préalable en automobiles.

Your profileWe believe you are someone who is genuinely interested in working with people and building relationships. You are eager to work and motivated to develop yourself. An interest in cars is necessary, but you don’t need to be an expert-curiosity and a willingness to learn are what matter most. Perhaps you have some experience from sales, customer service, or another role where you have worked with people, or maybe you are simply hungry to learn something new. We will provide you with the training you need to get started. You need to be fluent in Finnish and comfortable communicating in English, as English is our corporate languageAs a person you are:
