Our involvement extends to improving credit risk management processes, supporting clients with the development and validation of models, conducting stress testing, calculating capital adequacy, analyzing regulatory impacts, and more.You main role will be to actively contribute to projects, primarily through analyzing financial or other data, performing statistical testing, producing interactive outputs in various software programs, and subsequently communicating the results to the project team.As an integral team member right from the start, your outputs will form part of the final deliverables for the client. You will have the opportunity to work on projects that involve rapidly advancing and trending topics, such as intelligent automation and machine learning. Join us and play a key role in projects that are reshaping large financial institutions for the better.Our clients are global financial groups with operations in Central Europe, the United States, and other regions around the world. However, most projects are conducted from our Bratislava office.Your key responsibilities
- Analyze financial and other data
- Perform statistical testing
- Produce final outputs in software
- Communicate results to the team
Skills and attributes for success
- A university degree in mathematics, statistics, or econometrics
- Knowledge of statistical and quantitative methods (regression techniques, time series, clustering, data mining)
- Basic knowledge of programming (e.g., R, Python, SAS, SQL)
- Analytical mindset
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Well-developed communication skills, attention to detail, responsibility and proactivity
- Excellent command of English (in some projects, the entire communication is conducted in English)
