GA Telesis Engine Services (GATES), un acteur international en pleine expansion dans le domaine de l’entretien et de la réparation des moteurs d’avion, propose une opportunité pour le poste de Lead Borescope Inspector au sein de sa Hospital Shop Visit (SPAH) Team. Cette équipe se spécialise dans les travaux de procédures spécifiques pour les moteurs CFM56-5B, CFM56-7B et CF6-80C2.

Responsabilités du Poste

En tant que Lead Inspector, vous serez amené à :

Prendre en charge les travaux entrant et sortant de moteur, notamment l’inspection par borescope, l’inspection visuelle, et l’inventaire des composants.
Superviser votre équipe, planifier leur travail et soutenir leur développement professionnel.
Réaliser des inspections visuelles et par borescope des moteurs.
Gérer les investissements et la maintenance des outils utilisés dans votre département.
Rédiger des rapports d’inspection à destination des clients et être leur point de contact pour toute question.
Participer à des réunions internes et inter-départementales pour fournir des mises à jour sur l’avancement du travail.
Exécuter d’autres tâches assignées par un superviseur ou un manager.

Exigences

Les candidats doivent répondre aux qualifications suivantes :

Diplôme de niveau secondaire ou équivalent requis.
Licence A&P nécessaire.
Expertise en inspections par borescope avec un minimum de 5 ans d’expérience sur les moteurs CFM56-5B/-7B dans un environnement de maintenance.
Excellente compréhension des inspections AMM et familiarité avec les inspections visuelles et de procédures spécifiques.
Capacité à gérer plusieurs ordres de travail simultanément en collaboration avec l’équipe.
Excellentes compétences en collaboration et communication.
Maîtrise de l’anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit (le finnois est un plus).
Esprit proactif avec une attitude de résolution de problèmes et une approche orientée vers les objectifs.

Location: Helsinki-Vantaa Airport, Finland
GA Telesis Engine Services (GATES), a steadily growing and international Jet Engine MRO located in Finland’s capital region, is looking for a Jet Engine Inspector to join our Hospital Shop Visit (SPAH) Team, which specializes in performing special procedure workscopes for CFM56-5B, CFM56-7B, and CF6-80C2 engines.
As a SPAH Lead Inspector, you will lead the SPAH Inspection Team, which is responsible for all engine incoming and outgoing inspection tasks. You will plan, coordinate, and execute the work together with your team to ensure quality and efficiency.Responsibilities:

Take ownership of engine incoming and outgoing works such as borescope inspection, visual inspection, QEC/Component inventory read out, MPD tasks, post test build up and shipment preparation
Act as a supervisor for your team, plan their work and support their development
Perform borescope and engine visual inspections
Plan investments and maintenance for the tooling of your department
Create inspection reports for customer and be point of contact for questions
Participate in internal & cross department meetings, provide updates regarding the ongoing work
Carry out additional tasks as assigned by a supervisor or manager

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required
A&P License required
You need to be an expert in engine borescope inspections with a minimum 5 years of experience on CFM56-5B/-7B engine types in the line maintenance/operator environment. CF6-80C2 engine experience is a plus
Good knowledge and understanding of AMM inspections
Familiar with engine visual and special procedure inspections
Ability to manage multiple work orders at the same time together with the team.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Fluent English skills, both written and spoken (Finnish is a plus).
Proactive mindset with a strong problem-solving attitude and goal-oriented approach.
