Le candidat idéal pour ce poste sera responsable de divers aspects techniques et fonctionnels relatifs au développement d’applications mobiles, comprenant :
- Expertise en Développement Mobile : Participation active dans les communautés de développement mobile, incluant la gestion des applications dans les app stores, testing et dépannage, et CI/CD.
- Conceptualisation : Encouragement des systèmes de design et d’automatisation basés sur des flux de travail.
- Documentation : Contribution à la création de documentations comme les Solution Designs.
- Plateformes Mobiles : Présentation de la plateforme développée en interne.
- Automatisation : Développement d’écosystèmes techniques mobiles au-delà des vendeurs actuels.
- Leadership : Diriger des projets multinationaux afin de maximiser l’efficacité et l’innovation.
Exigences du Poste
Les candidats doivent posséder les qualifications suivantes :
- Diplôme en Informatique : Formation académique solide dans le domaine du développement et de la gestion de projets informatiques.
- Compétences en Programmation : Maîtrise des langages de programmation et une forte connaissance de l’architecture des systèmes.
- Expérience Pratique : Antécédents en gestion de projets et en tests de matériel/logiciel.
- Connaissance des Systèmes CRM : Expérience avec des outils de cartographie des processus.
- Compétences Linguistiques : Niveau avancé en anglais requis.

Become part of our team and develop the future with us – in a global team that embraces diversity and equal opportunities.WHAT YOU CAN EXPECTWe are currently seeking a talented Lead Developer Mobile to join our team at BASF’s Agricultural Solutions department Digital Factory.RESPONSIBILITIES
- Expert to the mobile develoment communities across a range of topics related to technical and functional aspects of developments of mobile apps, for example app store management, testing, troubleshooting, infrastructure, CI/CD
- Drive the concept of Design Systems, form based workflow automations, centralized testing, IT Security and overall expert governence across a range of mobility related topics
- Contribute towards development of documentations such as Solutions Design along with interactions with Architecture, Solutions communities.
- Demonstrate Agriculture Practice’s in house developed platform for mobility across communities
- Develop self and organization on AI related topics that could enhance efficiency and scale
- Develop mobile technical ecosystems beyond current vendor pool around app market intelligence, workflow automations, testing, app-app interactions
- General maintenance, efficiency and other improvement topics for the App community.
- Leading multinational projects
REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION
- Degree in computer science
- IT Training
- Project management and work experience in related fields and experts skills in installation/testing of hardware/software
- Expert skills in programming languages, IT feasibility study and Market knowledge of software and IT Systems
- Expert in CRM Systems, Process Mapping tools
- Specialist in IT Hardware, IT Security, Databases, E-commerce, Change management and Consulting Methods
- Advanced english
