Description du Poste
En tant que Lead DLP Operations Specialist, le candidat retenu aura pour responsabilité principale de surveiller et de gérer la performance de l’infrastructure DLP et des points de terminaison. Les missions incluent :
- Surveillance de la santé et des performances des infrastructures DLP.
- Exécution de vérifications régulières pour s’assurer que les politiques DLP sont correctement appliquées.
- Réponse rapide aux alertes et violations de politique.
- Gestion des déploiements et mises à jour des agents DLP.
- Dépannage des problèmes liés aux agents pour garantir l’application cohérente des politiques.
- Enquête sur les incidents DLP et analyse des causes profondes.
- Participer à des projets liés à DLP, incluant l’intégration avec d’autres plateformes de sécurité.
- Assurer la documentation opérationnelle, y compris les SOPs et les rapports périodiques.
Qualifications Requises
Les candidats doivent posséder :
- Baccalauréat en sécurité de l’information, informatique ou domaine similaire.
- Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience en opérations de cybersécurité, de préférence avec des plateformes DLP.
- Compréhension approfondie des classifications de données et des cadres de sécurité du cloud.
- Compétences analytiques et résolution de problèmes avérées.
- Connaissance des processus ITIL et des systèmes de ticketing (ServiceNow serait un atout).
- Certifications préférées : CISSP, CDPSE, ou certifications DLP spécifiques.

📝 Description du poste : Job Description:
- Monitor and manage the health and performance of DLP infrastructure and endpoints.
- Perform routine checks and validations to ensure DLP policies are applied correctly across systems.
- Respond to alerts, incidents, and policy violations in a timely manner.
- Oversee deployment, upgrades, and health monitoring of DLP agents across endpoints.
- Troubleshoot and remediate agent-related issues to ensure consistent policy enforcement.
- Troubleshooting and Incident Handling:
- Investigate DLP incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and coordinate with stakeholders for resolution.
- Escalate and follow through on complex issues with internal teams or external vendors.
- Participate in DLP-related projects, including policy tuning, expansion of coverage, and integration with other security platforms.
- Assist in incident, Problem and change management processes.
- Work with DLP vendors for platform upgrades, issue resolutions, and enhancements.
- Track support cases and ensure timely resolution in accordance with SLAs.
- Maintain operational documentation including SOPs, runbooks, and system diagrams.
- Generate periodic reports on platform status, incident trends, and KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, security policies, and audit requirements.
- Conduct user onboarding/offboarding and policy exception reviews.
- Support awareness and training initiatives related to data protection.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cybersecurity operations, preferably with DLP (Data Loss Prevention) platforms
- Strong understanding of data classification, encryption, and cloud security frameworks.
- Proven proficiency in implementing and managing endpoint security controls across diverse IT environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and vendors.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) is a plus.
- Preferred Certifications: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer (CDPSE), DLP Vendor Certifications (e.g., Symantec DLP Specialist)
