Description du Poste
Dans un contexte d’expansion de ses opérations, Eltel lance une nouvelle ligne de services dédiée aux Data Centers. Dans ce cadre, elle recherche un Lead Engineer pour prendre en charge le domaine technique de cette nouvelle branche et devenir un acteur clé au sein de l’organisation.
Localisation : Le poste peut être basé n’importe où dans l’UE, à condition de se rendre régulièrement en Finlande.
Mission Principale
En tant que Lead Engineer, votre rôle est essentiel pour garantir le succès des projets liés aux Data Centers. Vous agirez comme expert technique et conseiller de confiance tant pour les équipes internes que pour les clients, de l’initialisation jusqu’à la mise en œuvre des projets.
Responsabilités :
- Évaluation technique : Fournir une expertise pendant les phases commerciales, en s’assurant que les solutions proposées sont robustes sur le plan technique.
- Leadership dans la spécification : Collaborer étroitement avec les clients et fournisseurs pour s’assurer que les composants répondent aux exigences du projet.
- Communication : Maintenir une communication ouverte et orientée vers la solution avec tous les intervenants pour garantir la satisfaction client.
Compétences Requises
Eltel recherche un professionnel expérimenté en ingénierie avec un diplôme (M.Sc. ou B.Sc.) dans un domaine pertinent tel que l’ingénierie électrique ou l’électronique de puissance, et au moins cinq ans d’expérience dans des projets de distribution d’énergie à grande échelle.
Compétences clés :
- Expertise des systèmes électriques (particulièrement dans des environnements MV/LV).
- Capacité à communiquer efficacement sur des sujets complexes.
- Proactivité pour identifier des problèmes et proposer des améliorations.
Cette mission requiert également une compréhension des niveaux de tension et une familiarité avec les phases d’implémentation de projets.

Fluency in English is essential due to the international scope of the work.You are a true engineering expert, with deep knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and materials, particularly in medium and low voltage (MV/LV) distribution systems in data center environments. Understanding of all voltage levels and familiarity with project implementation phases are advantageous, as is experience in tender calculations and cost estimation.We value individuals with strong initiative—those who proactively identify issues, propose improvements, and contribute constructively to team discussions.
