Missions Principales
En tant que *Lead Power Systems Engineer*, vos responsabilités incluront :
- Mentorer et guider le personnel junior et intermédiaire dans des tâches techniques complexes.
- Promouvoir la qualité des livrables en dirigeant le développement de nouveaux outils ainsi que l’amélioration d’outils existants.
- Contribuer activement à l’acquisition de nouveaux projets au sein de l’équipe et du groupe Aurecon.
- Apporter un soutien technique aux projets de l’équipe sur des sujets liés aux systèmes d’alimentation et aux normes NER.

- Mentor and lead junior and mid-level staff to deliver complex technical tasks.
- Champion high quality delivery, and lead development of new tools and improvements to existing ones.

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or similar.
- Hold RPEQ Certification.
- Comprehensive and demonstrated knowledge of at least 2 out of 3 of PSS/E, PSCAD and PowerFactory.
- Understanding of the NER S5.2.5 and S5.3 technical requirements.
- Understanding of the connection process from Connection Enquiry through to commissioning.
- Demonstrated ability to both read and write Python automation code.
- Strong understanding of Power System Studies and Power Systems.
- Demonstrated communication skills both written and verbal.
