Description du Poste

Dans un environnement dynamique et multiculturel, le Lead Scientist jouera un rôle essentiel dans l’équipe de la chaîne d’approvisionnement dédiée aux produits de tomographie par émission de positons (PET). Le candidat retenu collaborera avec des équipes de production de GE HealthCare et de fabricants sous contrat pour garantir la livraison de produits essentiels à la santé.

Responsabilités

Les principales missions incluent :

**Soutenir les processus de fabrication au sein de la chaîne d’approvisionnement PET** à travers divers sites de production.
**Améliorer la documentation liée à la sécurité et à la qualité** tout en intégrant des pratiques standards au sein de la chaîne d’approvisionnement.
**Assurer la conformité réglementaire** des processus tout en répondant rapidement aux préoccupations de sécurité.
**Collaboration avec les équipes de production** pour développer des solutions rentables afin d’améliorer la qualité des produits.
**Soutenir l’introduction de nouveaux produits** dans la chaîne d’approvisionnement PET.
**Gérer les plaintes des clients** liées aux produits.
**Implémenter des outils LEAN et Six Sigma** pour optimiser les processus.

Qualifications et Compétences Requises

Les candidats doivent répondre aux critères suivants :

**Diplôme de Master en Science, Pharmacie, Chimie ou Ingénierie**.
**Expérience en production** dans les secteurs pharmaceutiques ou des dispositifs médicaux.
**Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches** en parallèle dans un environnement rapide.
**Aptitudes analytiques et de planification** développées.
**Compréhension des normes GMP ou ISO 13485**.

Compétences Souhaitées

Les candidats ayant les expériences suivantes seront privilégiés :

**Connaissance en contrôle qualité ou assurance qualité**.
**Capacité à travailler avec des équipes internationales à distance**.
**Gestion de projets avec des niveaux d’incertitude élevés**.
**Expérience avec les outils LEAN et Six Sigma**.
**Connaissances en moulage par injection**.

📝 Description du poste : Job Description Summary This is an exciting and varied role within a small, dynamic multi-country team working with PET (Positron Emission Tomography) products, such as PET FASTlab cassettes. The successful candidate will be part of a high energy Supply Chain Team working together with GE HealthCare and contract manufacturers (CMOs) to deliver a range of critical healthcare products to our customers around the globe. The successful candidate will need to be open minded, flexible, self-driven with a proven track record of problem-solving and strong teamwork. The successful candidate will be providing technical leadership for the GE HealthCare and CMO production teams and lead interactions with our suppliers. This position is connected to a 12 months contract.Job DescriptionResponsibilitiesSupport the PET Supply Chain manufacturing processes that are ongoing at multiple production sites, both at GE HealthCare and at CMOsSupport the continuous evolution of manufacturing, safety and quality documentation and work to improve the application of standard work within PET Supply ChainProvide safe processes that comply with all relevant regulations. Assure that corrective actions are taken to resolve observed safety concerns in all areasDrive improved product quality by working closely with GE HealthCare and CMOs production teams, developing cost-effective solutions, and overseeing successful implementation of such solutions into productionWork with suppliers to improve product quality, on time delivery and cost of goodsWork with project teams to support new product introductions into PET Supply ChainSupport the processing and investigation of customer complaintsUse of LEAN and Six Sigma toolkits to identify and implement opportunities to reduce lead time, reduce defects, save cost, and improve product qualityQualifications/RequirementsMSc.
