Le Poste
En tant que LEAN Partner, vous occuperez un rôle stratégique en tant que coach pour l’équipe de direction de votre département. Votre mission consistera à :
- Identifier et développer des initiatives LEAN.
- Former et coacher les leaders et les employés dans ces initiatives.
- Participer à la stratégie de votre département en collaboration avec l’équipe de direction.
- Former les employés aux comportements et outils LEAN.
Votre contribution sera essentielle pour mener des projets d’optimisation et de changement, tant au niveau local qu’organisationnel.
Qualifications Requises
Novo Nordisk valorise la diversité des compétences et des expériences. Les candidats idéaux auront :
- Un diplôme académique en économie, ingénierie de production ou dans un domaine similaire.
- Une expérience avérée en LEAN, idéalement en gestion du changement et en coaching.
- Des compétences solides en analyse de données et en communication en anglais, avec une bonne connaissance du danois.
- Une capacité à collaborer entre les différents départements et à présenter des analyses complexes de manière accessible.
Une maîtrise des compétences analytiques associées à des aptitudes humaines est cruciale pour réussir dans ce rôle.
À Propos de l’Usine et du Département
Novo Nordisk est en phase de construction d’une nouvelle usine et son département continuera de croître dans les années à venir. Vous intégrerez le département de soutien à la production au sein de l’usine de purification de Kalundborg, qui fonctionnera 24 heures sur 24 pour fournir des produits de haute qualité. Ce département comprend une équipe d’opérateurs ainsi que deux équipes de soutien.

Apply today for a life-changing career!The PositionAs a LEAN Partner, you will act as a coach and strategic partner to our department leadership team. You will drive improvements in our LEAN systems and continuous improvement efforts. You will be instrumental in leading change management initiatives, guiding stakeholder engagement, and solving complex departmental challenges. You will also engage in a network with other LEAN partners across the factory.Your responsibilities will cover:
- Identifying, developing, and implementing new LEAN initiatives.
- Providing coaching and training to our leaders and employees.
- Driving our strategy process across the department with our leadership group.
- Training employees in LEAN behavior and tools.
You will play a pivotal role as a project manager and facilitator of creative processes, driving optimization and change projects both locally and across the organization.QualificationsWe realize that few people are experts at everything. But if you can nod your head at the following attributes, then you could be the person we are looking for:
- An academic degree in economy, production engineering, or a similar field.
- Proven experience in working with LEAN. Preferably experience in change management and coaching across various organizational levels.
- Good data analysis skills and proficient communication skills in English with a good understanding of Danish (oral and written).
- Your ability to engage in cross-organizational collaboration, conduct incisive analyses, and translate complex concepts into accessible language will be key.
We are seeking someone who can seamlessly blend their analytical competencies with strong people skills. It is essential that you are comfortable working with data and possess the resilience to inspire and challenge others in a supportive and respectful manner.About the DepartmentWe are currently building a new factory, and our department will continue to expand over the coming years as we go from project phase to production. You will be part of the Production Support department in one of Novo Nordisk’s biggest purification plants located in Kalundborg, Denmark.
