Description du poste : VINCI FacilitiesLifecycle Project Manager (PFI)Sub Division: HealthcareLocation: BromleyContract Type: PermanentHours: Full Time – 40 hours – Monday to FridayCreating and maintaining great places to live and work delivered by excellent people who care…Purpose of RoleWe are seeking an experienced Life Cycle Project Manager to take responsibility for managing the life cycle of hospital facilities at the Princess Royal in Orpington.Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will oversee maintenance, renovation, and expansion projects, ensuring all facilities are managed efficiently and comply with healthcare regulations. This role will involve strategic planning, project management, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure the successful operation and longevity of hospital infrastructure, enabling the delivery of high-quality healthcare services. The successful candidate will have proven PFI experience and a good commercial acumen to deliver this role.Responsibilities1. Life Cycle Planning

  • Create and manage long-term facility plans, aligning with hospital goals and ensuring timely maintenance and upgrades.
  • Conduct regular assessments to identify risks and improvement opportunities.

2. Project Delivery

  • Lead renovation and expansion projects from planning through to completion.
  • Ensure projects meet time, budget, quality, and compliance standards.
  • Coordinate with design, construction, and regulatory teams.

3. Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.
  • Manage audits, inspections, and certifications to maintain compliance.

4. Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate with hospital leaders and departments to meet operational needs.
  • Manage contractor performance, procurement processes, and vendor relationships.
  • Promote cross-functional communication to ensure seamless facility operations.

Essential Qualifications/Skills

  • Proven experience in PFI facility management in healthcare or hospital settings.
  • Construction CDM training or similar industry qualifications.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and regulatory compliance within healthcare PFI environments.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen ability to address issues proactively and develop solutions.
