Ce poste est une invitation pour les développeurs expérimentés à contribuer à une entreprise où l’innovation et l’ambition font partie du quotidien. L’objectif principal est de concevoir, développer et maintenir des systèmes CRM adaptés aux clients du marché intermédiaire.
Responsabilités Principales
- Développement logiciel : Conception, documentation et maintenance des applications logicielles, tout en s’assurant qu’elles répondent aux exigences des utilisateurs.
- Assurance qualité : Mettre en place des processus rigoureux de test et d’assurance qualité pour garantir la fiabilité et l’ergonomie des solutions logicielles.
- Innovation : Encourager et promouvoir des idées novatrices qui favorisent la croissance et l’amélioration des processus de développement.
- Collaboration interfonctionnelle : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de gestion de produits et de design pour traduire les exigences en solutions concrètes.
- Connaissance du secteur : Se tenir informé des tendances et avancées en développement logiciel pour améliorer continuellement les capacités de l’équipe.
- Développement des employés : Mentor pour les développeurs juniors, favorisant le développement des compétences au sein d’une équipe performante.
Profil du Candidat
Les candidats idéaux devront répondre aux critères suivants :
- Formation : Diplôme en informatique, génie logiciel ou domaine connexe. Des qualifications avancées seraient un atout.
- Expérience : Plus de 4 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire.
- Compétences techniques : Maîtrise de TypeScript, React (Front-end), Java (Back-end), MySQL et Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Exécution de projet : Compétences en méthodologies Agiles et gestion des ressources.
- Collaboration : Aptitude à travailler efficacement en équipe.
- Qualité et innovation : Un engagement envers l’excellence et l’amélioration continue. Une expérience en IA serait un plus.
- Langues : Maîtrise de l’anglais requise.

About YOU
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications can be beneficial
- Over 4 years of experience in that position
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge in TypeScript, React (Front-end), Java (Back-end), MySQL, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), architecture, and best practices
- Project Execution: Skilled in Agile methodologies, resource allocation, and timely delivery
- Collaboration & Communication: Ability to work effectively within a team, understanding the dynamics and contributing to collective goals
- Quality & Innovation: Drives excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement. Experience in AI is a plus
- Fluent in English
