Titre : Senior Finance Executive – General Ledger
Description du poste : Le Senior Finance Executive – General Ledger jouera un rôle clé dans la gestion du grand livre et des conciliations de bilan. Cette position implique de superviser diverses fonctions au sein du département des finances, incluant la comptabilité fournisseurs et la gestion de la caisse, dans le respect rigoureux des politiques et procédures en vigueur.
Responsabilités :
- Maintien de Relations Professionnelles : Établir et entretenir des relations harmonieuses avec tous les départements et les bureaux de la maison mère.
- Contrôles Internes : Assister le Staff Accountant et l’Assistant Director of Finance dans le maintien de l’efficacité des contrôles internes pour la protection des ressources de l’hôtel.
- Gestion de la Comptabilité : Superviser les aspects de la comptabilité fournisseurs et de la caisse générale.
- Processus de Fin de Mois : Comprendre et gérer le processus de fin de mois, incluant la préparation des états financiers et des écritures de journal.
- Préparation Budgétaire : Collaborer avec le Staff Accountant et l’Assistant Director of Finance dans la préparation des budgets et prévisions.
Qualifications :
- 2 à 5 ans d’expérience dans un département financier, idéalement au sein d’un établissement hôtelier.
- Formation universitaire ou expérience équivalente.
- Maîtrise de l’anglais (écrit et oral) et conformité avec la langue malaise.
- Droit de travailler en Malaisie.

Additionally, the Senior Finance Executive – General Ledger is responsible for supervising other areas within the Finance Department under the direction of the Staff Accountant, including, accounts payable and general cashiering in accordance with all related local and corporate policies and procedures.
