Le candidat retenu sera principalement responsable de la gestion des services de garde numériques (y compris la garde conventionnelle) et de plusieurs aspects opérationnels, notamment :
- Gestion du service client et traitement des transactions.
- Maintenance des systèmes et reporting des risques opérationnels.
Qualifications requises
Nous recherchons :
- Un professionnel expérimenté dans le secteur bancaire ou financier, avec un minimum de 12 ans d’expérience dans les services de titres.
- Un diplôme en Banque/Finance/Technologies de l’information ou formation professionnelle équivalente.
- Une connaissance approfondie des actifs numériques et de la technologie blockchain.
- Une expérience dans la gestion d’équipes d’externalisation et dans la définition de processus opérationnels.
Responsabilités clés
Le candidat aura notamment pour mission de :
- Gérer les transactions de garde d’actifs numériques au quotidien.
- Définir et maintenir des cadres opérationnels efficaces et évolutifs.
- Collaborer avec les parties prenantes pour assurer des opérations sans faille.
- Participer à la mise en œuvre de nouveaux clients, produits et services.
- Prendre en charge les projets autour des actifs numériques et de la tokenisation.
Profile idéale
Le candidat idéal doit posséder :
- Un diplôme pertinent et au moins 5 ans d’expérience dans le secteur bancaire.
- Une connaissance des opérations de marché et des règlements de titres.
- Des compétences analytiques et une bonne maîtrise des données numériques.

📝 Description du poste : Job SummaryThe prospect candidate would be primary responsible for managing the digital custody services offering (including conventional custody) comprising of client service management, transaction processing, systems maintenance, and monitoring, reporting and operational risk reporting.
- An experienced operations professional in the banking or financial sector with Securities Services and minimum 12+ years of experience, across digital asset and conventional asset services (client onboarding, securities trade/clear/settlement/corporate actions, billing, payments, regulatory reporting, reconciliation, exception handling and business continuity management) project management, business enablement, business analyst.
- Bachelor’s degree in Banking/Finance/Information Technology or a similar subject or comparable professional training.
- Experience in working with and managing outsourcing partners.
- Demonstrates a passion for digital assets and understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies.
- Preferably, a track record of leading change and defining operational processes for new business lines.
RESPONSIBILITIESKey:
- To effectively lead, manage and process Standard Chartered Bank digital asset custody transactions (safekeeping, transfer, reconciliations, billing) on daily basis and escalate any exceptions which requires immediate resolution.
- Define, document, implement, and maintain scalable and efficient digital asset operational frameworks.
- Drive continuous quality improvement and automation within digital asset and across conventional assets.
- Manage a growing offshore outsource team and empower the team to take on greater responsibilities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure seamless and scalable operations.
- Drive the implementation of new clients, products, and services.
- Support projects around digital assets, blockchain, key custody technology and tokenization
- Resolve queries raised by clients and stakeholders, seeking guidance from Compliance where required.
- Lead and engage with new on-boarding of clients to facilitate the operational take-on and set-up of new relationship.
- Take active interest in changes to the Financial Services industry.
- Form an integral part of the front to back process flow. Review processes and procedures to identify weaknesses/inefficiencies and recommend remedial action as required.
- Work with Compliance to understand new regulatory requirements and ensure we fulfil our obligations.
- Lead hubbing of operations right shoring for FSS markets.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelors Degree in Banking/Finance/Information Technology or equivalent
- Min 5 years of relevant experience – Banking & Financial.
- Experience in a Securities Services / Market Operations / Investment Banking
- In-depth knowledge of Securities settlements will be an added advantage.
- Ability to learn quickly, transfers knowledge appropriately, understand and interpret numeric data.
- Evidence of good analytical, statistical and data mining skills to study trends and make projections.
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Skills – any added skills such as VBA, python, programming, advance in excel – added advantage.
- Candidates with experience in Asian Securities markets has a significant advantage – HK, SG, TH
