Description du Poste
Le poste de Manager, Cloud Developer in Test est principalement en présentiel, impliquant la collaboration au sein d’un bureau HPE. Ce rôle s’inscrit dans l’équipe PC/Flex, dédiée à l’amélioration constante de l’expérience sur la plateforme cloud. Ce groupe passionné par la technologie cloud se consacre à offrir aux clients une expérience fluide, quel que soit l’endroit où se trouvent leurs données.
Responsabilités Clés
Le candidat retenu devra :
- Diriger et améliorer l’équipe d’ingénierie qualité pour garantir des livrables de haute qualité.
- Fournir un leadership technique tout en supervisant la création de plans et procédures de test.
- Agir en conseiller stratégique auprès de la direction pour élaborer des politiques à long terme.
- Gérer et former les membres de l’équipe, en supervisant leur développement professionnel.
- Être un défenseur de la qualité des produits à tous les niveaux de l’organisation.
Compétences et Connaissances Requises
Les candidats doivent démontrer des compétences solides dans :
- Avoir une expérience significative en tant que leader en ingénierie qualité, avec une expertise dans les systèmes cloud et les API.
- Une maîtrise des technologies telles que Python, Java et des outils d’automatisation comme Selenium.
- Une connaissance approfondie des outils et technologies utilisés dans le cadre de systèmes à grande échelle, notamment AWS, Kubernetes, et Docker.
- Des compétences en gestion de projet Agile et Scrum, et une expérience avérée en mentorat et leadership d’équipe.
Exigences Éducatives
Le candidat doit posséder un diplôme universitaire de premier cycle ou une expérience équivalente dans les domaines de l’ingénierie électrique ou informatique. Une expérience professionnelle d’au moins 10 ans, incluant un minimum de 3 ans dans la gestion d’équipe, est également essentielle.

The focus of this position will be to build a highly efficient quality team, balancing resource management, managing delivery of test automation in support of new features and regression. You will own a significant number of measurable functional, operational and strategic goals or priorities.Responsibilities
- Enhance and lead the quality engineering team to ensure the teams deliver high quality, performant, accurate and reliable automation.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the quality engineering members.
- Supervise the development of Test Plans, Test cases, test procedures for testing and automation.
- Lead in code reviews and ensure that code is high quality.
- Apply expert subject matter knowledge to manage staff activities in solving most complex business/technical issues within established policies.
- Manage activities of non-exempt/exempt individual contributors and/or managers
- Act as a key advisor to senior management on the development of overall policies and long-term goals of the organization.
- Plan, manage and monitor high-end operational/tactical activities of Staff. Staff members’ primary focus is on either high-end tactical or broad strategic issues or a combination of both. Recruit and support development of direct staff members.
- Be an advocate for customers and product quality within the organization
- Facilitate technical deep-dives and cross training to support teams
- Provide overall people-care management for direct reports, including hiring, setting and monitoring of annual performance plans, coaching, and career development; drives and fosters organization-wide performance standards, expectations, and practices to support ongoing team member and process development.
Knowledge/Skills:
- Significant work experience as a quality engineering leader or similar position working across multiple stakeholder organizations
- Strong foundation in designing, developing engineering products and services and delivering with highest quality
- Solid experience in testing microservices and cloud systems, Kubernetes and aaS offerings.
- Prior experience in product development and deployments; end to end ownership and accountability
- Good experience in AWS services (EKS, EC2, Cloudfront, RDS, etc) and/or developing on other cloud providers Azure, GCP
- Experience of scalable, enterprise grade aaS API platform. Strong understating of modern aaS APIs and event bases systems development and testing principles.
- Demonstrated abilities to drive transformation across a business with exceptional skills in the management of change
- Strong leadership skills, including coaching, team-building, and conflict resolution
- Advanced relationship management skills, including partnering and consulting with senior management and executive roles for internal and external partners.
- Proficiency in programming in Python/Java/Go, Selenium.
