Description du Poste
Le **Manager, Strategy** aura pour mission de développer des stratégies de croissance à travers une analyse approfondie et méthodologique. Ce rôle nécessitera la conception, la mise en œuvre et la présentation de résultats basés sur des recherches ciblées.
Responsabilités Principales
Les responsabilités clés du poste incluent :
- Collaboration avec l’équipe de direction commerciale pour piloter des initiatives stratégiques.
- Évaluation des opportunités de fusions et acquisitions.
- Conduite d’analyses industrielles et compétitives.
- Présentation d’analyses et recommandations à la direction et aux clients clés.
- Soutien direct au VP de la stratégie.
Qualifications Requises
Les candidats idéaux doivent posséder :
- Un diplôme en commerce, finance, marketing ou domaine similaire.
- Entre 2 et 5 ans d’expérience en consultation ou stratégie d’entreprise.
- Une maîtrise des applications Microsoft Office, notamment Excel et PowerPoint.
- Des compétences exceptionnelles en gestion du temps et en communication.
Une expérience dans le digital ou le secteur de la grande distribution est un atout.
Conditions de Travail
Le salaire pour ce poste varie de **123,375 $ à 164,500 $ par an**, en fonction de l’expérience et des qualifications. Ce package présente des différences basées sur divers facteurs, tels que la localisation et la complexité des responsabilités.

Learn more at www.vestcom.com.Job DescriptionOpportunityThe Strategy Manager will use research, analysis, interviews, and targeted observations to determine the strategy to drive growth for Vestcom. They will design, conduct, and present analysis and insights based on sound methodology and Vestcom priorities.Key Areas of Responsibility
- Partner with Commercial Leadership team to lead key strategic initiatives including pilot tests
- Quantify the value generated via Vestcom’s solutions
- Evaluate M&A and partnership opportunities to accelerate execution of our strategy
- Identify, run, and translate analysis into value-based insights and presentations that can be used by or communicated to our key clients and senior leadership at Vestcom
- Conduct industry, competitor, and SWOT analyses
- Provide direct support to the VP of Strategy
- Partner and support functions across Vestcom including Exec, Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, IT
QualificationsKey Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, or similar field
- 2-5 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy, preferably in or serving clients in retail and/or marketing
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (and their Google equivalents), with the following required: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Access and SQL are a plus
- Must be adept at accomplishing goals with little or no supervision, self-reliant when resolving issues to ensure objectives are completed and capable of determining when escalation of issues is necessary
- Must have exceptional time management, organizational and problem-solving skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Must have strong verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
- Must be able to prepare and effectively present information to large and small groups, to employees, and to management
- Must be able to develop and maintain key relationships with internal and external stakeholders to assist in the development of strategies and project plans that meet departmental goals and ensure quality standards for service
- Ideal candidate will have experience with or understanding of digital media, retail media networks, ecommerce and/or digital platforms (preferred but not required)
- Understanding of or experience in retail, grocery, CPG industries is a plus
- Ability to embody and reflect Vestcom’s core values
Additional InformationThe salary range for this position is $123,375 – $164,500/year.The hiring base salary range above represents what Avery Dennison reasonably expects to pay for this position as of the date of this posting. Actual salaries will vary within the range, and in some circumstances may be above or below the range, based on various factors including but not limited to a candidate’s relevant skills, experience, education and training, and location, as well as the job scope and complexity, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel required for the position, which may change depending on the candidate pool.
