Titre : Marketing Specialist Spain
Ce poste est proposé au sein de la division Global Wealth Management, avec un accent particulier sur le marché espagnol. Le spécialiste marketing jouera un rôle clé dans le développement et l’exécution de campagnes marketing ciblées, alignées sur les objectifs stratégiques de l’entreprise.
Principales responsabilités
- Collaboration : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe marketing et les sponsors commerciaux pour mener à bien les projets de marketing sur l’ensemble du secteur.
- Initié au marketing : Développer des initiatives marketing à destination des clients et générer de nouvelles idées adaptées aux différents canaux.
- Création de supports : Produire des actifs marketing de haute qualité, optimisés pour les parcours utilisateurs.
- Gestion de projets : Prendre la responsabilité totale des projets marketing, en respectant les budgets convenus et les directives de communication d’UBS.
- Analyse de performance : Évaluer l’impact des projets pour optimiser les parcours clients.
- Veille sectorielle : Rester informé des dernières tendances en marketing de performance.
Profil recherché
Le candidat idéal devrait posséder :
- Expérience prouvée dans l’organisation d’événements et de campagnes marketing, en particulier pour une clientèle à valeur nette élevée (UHNW).
- Formation : Diplôme en marketing international ou en gestion hôtelière.
- Compétences organisationnelles et aptitude à travailler dans un environnement international dynamique.
- Capacité de communication : Excellentes compétences rédactionnelles et en développement de messages.
- Proactivité et curiosité intellectuelle, avec la capacité de saisir rapidement de nouveaux sujets.
- Connaissances en gestion de patrimoine, comprenant les produits, services et dynamiques du marché.
- Maîtrise des langues : Espagnol langue maternelle et anglais courant, d’autres langues étant un atout.

We’re looking for someone like that to help identify and drive marketing and event activities that support the firm’s strategic objectives, from assisting with inception through to project planning and implementation.The Marketing and Event Specialist is responsible for designing and delivering a comprehensive and creative marketing plan that includes brand campaigns, digital lead channels, PR activities, the conception, development and execution of conferences, client entertainment and hospitality or corporate roadshow activities and acts as a main contact for internal partners.Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with the marketing team and business sponsors to help deliver marketing projects across GWM to meet key strategic objectives.
- Support the development of client facing marketing initiatives and campaigns with the ability to generate new ideas with a focus on executing across marketing channels.
- Create best in class marketing assets, including content driven events, that are on-brand that are optimized for associated user journeys.
- Takes full responsibility for marketing projects/sub-projects.
- Leverages internal and external resources and ensures an efficient and effective stakeholder management.
- Manages all programs within agreed budget parameters.
- Ensures all programs are consistent with UBS branding and communication guidelines, meet necessary regulatory requirements and adhere to the required approval processes.
- Analyze the performance of your projects and campaigns ensuring user journey through the funnel is tracked, monitored and optimized.
- Work with creative agencies or internal design teams to create marketing assets for campaigns that align to key audience insights and brand guidelines.
- Stay ahead of the latest trends in performance marketing, including new tools, platforms, and tactics.
- Work collaboratively with partners in internal communications, group branding, corporate communications, press office, external agency partners, in-house events team and third-party events.
- Is aware of local compliance / legal regulations (incl. cross border issues where applicable) regarding client hospitality and gift-giving and ensures all procedures and processes are followed to minimize operational risk.

- Proven experience in delivering events and marketing campaigns for an international UHNW clientele.
- Bachelor’s degree in international marketing and / or hospitality management.
- Good organizational skills and a knack for working in a fast-paced international environment as part of a team, juggling multiple priorities
- Strong skills i.n writing and message development, and in “packaging” written and visual content.
- Ability to interact with internal clients and colleagues at all levels.
- A proactive and inquisitive attitude with the ability to quickly grasp new subject matter, understand the bigger picture and identify the most critical business needs
- Knowledge of the Wealth Management industry, its products, services and revenue drivers, as well as the overarching market structure environment.
- A strong interest in design and branding.
- Ability to measure, interpret and summarize marketing analytics across various platforms.
- Mother tongue: Spanish. Fluent in English. other languages are an added benefit.
