Description Générale

Le poste de Manager en Ingénierie de Fiabilité des Systèmes nécessite une solide expérience dans la gestion du support de production et des incidents de haute priorité. Le candidat travaillera en étroite collaboration avec divers stakeholders pour assurer la continuité et la gestion des infrastructures. Ce rôle exige également une bonne maîtrise des principes ITIL, DevOps et SRE.

Responsabilités Clés

Stratégie

• Gestion du support de production et des incidents critiques;
• Gestion des parties prenantes au niveau national;
• Gestion de la continuité et des infrastructures;
• Planification et participation aux activités de gestion de continuité;
• Amélioration continue des processus et des outils de surveillance.

Gestion des Incidents

• Gestion des incidents de haute sévérité et participation aux activités de récupération;
• Analyse d’impact pour tous les incidents;
• Gestion de la disponibilité des applications selon les SLA définis.

Gestion des Problèmes

• Analyse des causes profondes des incidents majeurs;
• Suivi de l’implémentation des actions préventives;

Gestion du Changement

• Évaluation de l’impact des changements d’application et d’infrastructure;
• Implémentation des changements en production;
• Vérification de la santé des applications après changement.

Compétences et Expériences Requises

Formation et Qualifications

• Baccalauréat en informatique, en ingénierie logicielle ou équivalent;
• Expérience de 15 ans minimum dans le support et l’ingénierie de fiabilité des systèmes;
• Certification JAVA souhaitée.

Compétences Techniques Obligatoires

• Maîtrise de JAVA, J2EE, Spring MVC, Oracle DB;
• Excellentes compétences en dépannage;
• Capacité à gérer des priorités concurrentes avec performance.

Compétences Interpersonnelles

• Communication efficace et professionnelle;
• Travail en équipe dans le respect et l’équité.

• Plan and Participate in DR and continuity management activities.
• Identify improvement items and strategize for its timely implementation.
• Work out proactive monitoring and alerting for all critical support areas including client/process journeys.

Incident Management

• Manage High Severity Incidents and participate recovery activities
• Manage Customer impacted non high severity Incidents and recovery activities
• Prepare Impact Analysis for all incidents
• Define incident action items and follow-up for closure
• Manage application availability with defined outage and ensure SLA compliance
• Perform routine Application Health checks

Problem Management

• Root cause analysis for high impact incidents
• Defining Preventive actions
• Follow-up on preventive action implementation and closure

Change Management

• Review all application changes and assess the impact
• Review all infra changes and assess the impact
• Review all interface changes
• Implementation of changes in production
• Verification of application health and availability

ITIL/DevOps/SRE practices are followed
People & Talent

• Communicate effectively and professionally.
• Showcase Responsiveness in work
• Treat colleagues and stakeholders Fairley and respectfully

Risk Management

• Identify the potential risks involved in above tasks
• Register the risk and define mitigation plans
• Follow-up for Risk closure
• Notify/Alert Seniors about any risk that have high potential for a service/reputational/regulatory/financial impact to the bank.

Governance
Continuity Management

• Document new operating procedures based on new configuration deployments
• Review and correct the existing Disaster Recovery Plans
• Review and correct the existing BCP plans
• Execute DR plans and ensure RTO SLA achieved
• Create Action Plans for the DR improvements and follow-up for closure

System Maintenance & Stake holder management

• Execute Application Maintenance when needed
• Periodic SLA review and identify system improvement plans
• Prepare and amend application monitoring scripts

Skills and ExperienceAudit and Governance

• Work on all audit response by collaborating with relevant teams appropriately
• Work with governance teams from STS, HICS etc and support and manage the expectations.

QualificationsEducational Qualification/Certification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent degree
• Minimal 15 years of experience in support and SRE
• JAVA Certification preferred

• Cloud-Native application deployments and Containers (Docker)
• Exceptional troubleshooting and investigative skills. In possession of a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• The ability to manage competing priorities from a variety of stakeholders.

Proficiency in:

• Micro-services development using Springboot
• Technical Stack: Java, Spring, Spring Cloud, Mongo & Oracle or Postgres databases, Elasticsearch, Hazelcast, Kafka, REST APIs, JSON/YML,
• Technical Tools: Confluence/Jira/Bitbucket or Git, CI / CD (Maven, Git, Jenkins), Eclipse or Intelij IDEA

Optional Skills:

• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Ability to understand business’s concerns and work with team to deliver the solution

Prior Experience:

• Relevant experience of 10+ years
• Banking/FinTech experience preferred
