Nous recherchons un Développeur en Ingénierie de Fiabilité Réseau (NRE) passionné, capable de concevoir des solutions logicielles évolutives et automatisées. Ce rôle se positionne au croisement de l’ingénierie logicielle et des opérations réseau. En collaboration avec des équipes d’ingénieurs réseau, de DevOps et de développeurs, vous aurez pour responsabilité d’améliorer la fiabilité, la performance et l’automatisation des réseaux.

Responsabilités Clés

• Concevoir et maintenir des solutions logicielles pour accroître la fiabilité et l’observabilité des réseaux.
• Développer des outils et scripts pour automatiser la surveillance du réseau et la gestion des incidents.
• Mettre en œuvre des architectures tolérantes aux pannes et des mécanismes d’auto-réparation.
• Analyser et améliorer la performance des systèmes grâce à des métriques et des analytics en temps réel.
• Assurer la conformité réglementaire et la sécurité des solutions par des pratiques de codage sécurisées.
• Optimiser les API REST pour intégrer les systèmes de gestion réseau.
• Participer aux cycles de développement Agile et aux initiatives d’amélioration continue.

Exigences et Qualifications

Formation Requise :

• Diplôme de Bachelor (Bac+3) ; un Master (Bac+5) serait un atout.

Expérience Requise :

• Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en développement ou dans un poste similaire, avec une expérience avérée.
• Maîtrise des langages Python et Java, ainsi que des outils tels que GitHub, SQL, et REST APIs.
• Expérience avec les pipelines CI/CD, Jenkins, Docker/Containers et Kubernetes.
• Compétences en développement orienté tests (TDD) et tests automatisés.
• Expérience des systèmes distribués et de l’ingénierie de résilience.
• Connaissance des outils de surveillance réseau tels que SevOne, Prometheus ou Grafana.

Profil Ciblé

Le candidat idéal est doté d’une passion pour la création de systèmes robustes et efficaces et est capable d’appliquer des principes de développement logiciel pour renforcer la fiabilité des réseaux. Une expérience avec l’apprentissage automatique pour la détection d’anomalies réseau ou l’analyse prédictive serait un plus.

• Build and maintain software-driven solutions that enhance network reliability, observability, and automation.
• Develop tools and scripts to automate network monitoring, configuration management, and incident response.
• Implement fault-tolerant architectures, self-healing mechanisms, and automated recovery solutions for network operations.
• Analyze and improve network and system performance using metrics, logging, and real-time analytics.
• Implement secure coding practices, conduct vulnerability assessments, and ensure regulatory compliance across all solutions.
• Design, build, and optimize RESTful APIs to interface with network management systems and automation tools.
• Work closely with network engineers, DevOps teams, and software developers to create scalable network automation solutions.

• 5+ Years in Development or Similar position with Proven experience.

• Test-Driven Development (TDD) & Automated Testing – Writing maintainable, testable code using modern testing frameworks
• Experience in distributed systems, failover strategies, and resilience engineering
• Hands-on experience with SevOne, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, OpenTelemetry, or similar tools
• Experience with Hibernate or similar ORM frameworks
• Knowledge of CISCO Prime/DNAC, Juniper MIST, Software-Defined Networking (SDN)
• Exposure to machine learning models for network anomaly detection, predictive analytics
