Votre rôle et responsabilités
Dans ce poste, vous devrez allier une connaissance technique approfondie des solutions cloud à des compétences commerciales stratégiques, en concevant des solutions évolutives et à fort impact pour les clients. Vos principales responsabilités incluront :
- Conduite technique proactive : Développer l’architecture de solutions avec un accent fort sur l’excellence technique et la collaboration.
- Développement de compétences : Évolution continue de vos compétences techniques en fonction des besoins et des attentes du marché.
- Exécution des ventes techniques : Diriger l’exécution des ventes pour des comptes majeurs, en garantissant l’alignement entre la technologie et la valeur commerciale tangible.
- Soutien aux équipes de vente : Fournir des solutions convaincantes et articuler leur valeur.
- Création de plans de solution : Développer des propositions détaillées pour des accords multi-services complexes.
- Engagement précoce : Collaborer avec les équipes produit et de livraison pour assurer la faisabilité et l’excellence de la livraison.
- Conseil de confiance : Établir des relations de confiance avec les clients stratégiques.
- Représentation de Cegal : Présenter les capacités techniques de Cegal lors d’événements industry
- Collaboration : Travailler conjointement avec divers intervenants, notamment en développement commercial.
Votre profil
Le candidat idéal n’est pas seulement technique ; il est également stratégique et possède d’excellentes compétences en communication. Vous apportez :
- Expérience : Un rôle d’advisor technique en vente ou dans l’architecture de solutions dans le secteur des services IT ou du logiciel.
- Capacité d’influence : Influence établie auprès des décideurs techniques de haut niveau.
- Compétences cloud : Familiarité avec les plateformes cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP) et les environnements IT d’entreprise.
- Succès avéré : Expérience dans la navigation et la conclusion de contrats complexes (supérieurs à 10M EUR).
- Acuité commerciale : Compréhension des modèles de coût total de possession et développement de business cases.
- Compétences en communication : Capacité à traduire des concepts techniques complexes en termes accessibles.
- Expertise en réponse aux appels d’offres : Qualification de projet, réponse RFP et développement de propositions.
- Consultative selling : Expérience avec des méthodologies de vente axées sur la valeur.
- Résilience : Aptitude à s’épanouir dans un environnement dynamique et en constante évolution.

📝 Description du poste : We are growing to become a leading global technology partner to the energy industry, delivering world-class consulting services, specialized industry software and cloud operations tailored to meet the unique demands of the sector.As a Senior Technical Sales Advisoryou will be part of a high-performing team of technical experts who play a critical role in winning complex deals and providing strategic advice to customers . In this role, you’ll combine deep technical knowledge of cloud with strategic commercial insight to craft scalable, high-impact solutions for our customers across Cegal’s Cloud & Services offerings.You’ll be accountable for driving the technical direction of strategic deals, shaping architectures that deliver real business value, and becoming a trusted advisor to our customers. You’ll take ownership of:
- Proactively driving technical and overall solution architecture with a strong focus on technical excellence, collaboration, and customer-centricity
- Continuously developing your own relevant and next-gen technical competencies to stay ahead of customer needs and market demands
- Leading the technical sales execution for major accounts and tenders, ensuring alignment between technology and tangible business value
- Supporting sales teams with compelling solutions, tech positioning, and value articulation
- Developing detailed solution blueprints, architectures, and proposals for complex, multi-service deals
- Driving early engagement with product and delivery teams to ensure feasibility, scalability, and delivery excellence
- Engaging with strategic customers as trusted advisors, co-creating technical roadmaps and understanding business drivers
- Representing Cegal’s technical capabilities and vision at the C-level, in industry events and strategic forums
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Delivery, Customer Journey, Business Development Owners, and Bid Managers
Who are you?You’re not just technical — you’re strategic, commercial, and a great communicator. You have a proven ability to influence, guide, and build trust with stakeholders across the customer journey.Here’s what you bring to the role:
- Experience as a trusted advisor in technical sales, pre-sales, or solution architecture within IT services or software companies
- Proven background in influencing and advising senior-level technical decision makers in customer-facing environments
- Strong exposure to and competencies on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), as well as enterprise IT landscapes and managed services
- Demonstrated success in navigating and winning complex deals (10M+ EUR), including CxO-level engagements
- Strong commercial acumen, including an understanding of TCO and business case development
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and business leaders
- Proficiency in project scoping, RFP response, and proposal development
- Experience with consultative selling and value-based selling methodologies
