Amazon Web Services (AWS) recherche un Senior Cloud Operations Architect pour rejoindre une des équipes à la croissance la plus rapide de l’organisation. Ce rôle vise à aider les clients de divers secteurs à tirer le meilleur parti des services AWS, notamment en matière de Compute, Stockage, Base de données, Big Data, Services applicatifs, Réseautage et plus encore. Il est important de noter que ce n’est pas un rôle de vente, mais plutôt celui de conseiller technique principal, représentant la voix des clients dans des contextes variés.
Responsabilités
Le titulaire du poste aura pour mission de :
- Conseiller sur des solutions, garantir que les environnements AWS restent opérationnels tout en réduisant les coûts et la complexité.
- Établir des relations de confiance avec les clients pour bien comprendre leurs besoins opérationnels et leurs défis techniques.
- Conduire des discussions techniques sur les incidents, les compromis et la gestion des risques.
- Collaborer avec divers partenaires, allant des développeurs aux cadres supérieurs.
- Proactivement identifier des opportunités pour maximiser la valeur des services AWS pour les clients.
- Fournir des revues détaillées des événements de service ainsi que des métriques.
Ce rôle nécessite environ 10% de déplacements pour rencontrer des clients et partenaires.

Qualifications requises
Les candidats doivent posséder :
- Une expérience antérieure dans un rôle similaire (Technical Account Manager, Cloud Architect, etc.).
- Une compréhension des paramètres opérationnels et des techniques de dépannage dans au moins quatre des domaines suivants : Compute, Stockage, Réseautage, Bases de données, etc.
- Une expérience à la clientèle, avec des compétences en communication adaptées à divers publics.
Les qualifications préférées incluent :
- Une expérience professionnelle avec AWS ou d’autres services cloud comme Azure ou Google Cloud.
- Des compétences en programmation ou en scripting.
- La langue norvégienne est un atout.

This is not a sales role, but rather an opportunity to be the principal technical advisor and ‘voice of the customer’ to organizations ranging from start-ups to large enterprises in commercial and public sector.The RoleAs a COA, you will help craft and execute strategies to drive our customers’ adoption and use of AWS services – including EC2, S3, DynamoDB & RDS databases, Lambda, CloudFront CDN, IoT, and many more. Your technical acumen and customer-facing skills will enable you to effectively represent AWS within a customer’s environment, and drive discussions with senior leadership regarding incidents, trade-offs, support, and risk management.

You’ll advise on solutions, provide technical guidance and advocate for the customer
- Ensure AWS environments remain operationally healthy whilst reducing cost and complexity
- Develop trusting relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and technical challenges
- Using your technical acumen and customer obsession, you’ll drive technical discussions regarding incidents, trade-offs, and risk management
- Consult with a range of partners from developers through to C-suite executives
- Collaborate with AWS Solutions Architects, Business Developers, Professional Services Consultants, and Sales Account Managers
- With a bias for action, you’ll proactively find opportunities for customers to gain additional value from AWS
- Provide detailed reviews of service events, monthly & quarterly metrics, detailed pre-launch planning
- Solve a variety of problems across different customers as they migrate their workloads to the cloud

Understand operational parameters and troubleshooting for four (4) of the following: Compute / Storage / Networking / CDN / Databases / DevOps / Big Data and Analytics / Security / Architecture / Applications Development in a distributed systems environment
External customer-facing experience with the ability to clearly articulate to small and large audiences
Ability to juggle tasks and projects in a fast-paced environmentPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS– Professional experience with AWS and/or other cloud offerings such as Azure, Google Cloud Platform etc. Programming or scripting skills with a combination of Java, Python Perl, Ruby, C#, and/or PHP Previous experience as a Software Engineer, Developer, Solution Architect, DevOps Engineer, etc. Understanding of DevOps practices and tools, including: Continuous Integration / Deployment, Puppet, Docker, Kubernetes, Chef etc.
