Actuellement, TEC recrute pour un poste permanent de Senior Data Analyst au sein de l’équipe Data/Development, située à Wellington. La position offre l’opportunité d’intégrer une équipe dynamique de Data Analysts et de Data Warehouse Developers, armée d’outils technologiques avancés pour exploiter une vaste gamme de données.
Responsabilités clés du poste
Le Senior Data Analyst travaillera sous la supervision du Data Analysis Lead. Les responsabilités incluent :
- Expertise en matière de : collecte des exigences en données, modélisation de données logique et physique, analyse et profilage des données.
- Conception : Traduire les besoins commerciaux en conception de data warehouse.
- Collaboration : Engager les clients et les groupes collaboratifs pour garantir la compréhension des besoins et la réalisation de la valeur commerciale.
- Conseil : Offrir des conseils et directives sur l’utilisation des structures de données.
- Amélioration continue : Soutenir le Data Analysis Lead dans l’amélioration des livrables issus du data warehouse.
Profil recherché
Ce poste représente une excellente opportunité pour un professionnel possédant une solide expérience en analyse de données. Le candidat idéal devra avoir :
- Expérience : Plus de 5 ans dans la gestion et l’analyse de données, avec diverses expériences.
- Agilité : Expérience prouvée dans l’utilisation de méthodologies agiles, notamment Kanban.
- Société : Forte orientation service client avec d’excellentes compétences en facilitation et en présentation.
- Modélisation : Expérience dans la modélisation de données pour des bases de données traditionnelles ainsi que des plateformes modernes comme les data lakes.
- Compétences techniques : Proficience en Python, SQL, ainsi qu’une bonne connaissance des concepts d’apprentissage automatique et d’IA.

La fourchette salariale pour ce poste se situe entre 104 653 et 123 121 dollars par an, avec une contribution KiwiSaver de 3% en fonction des compétences et de l’expérience démontrées.

We have access to a wide range and growing data. We also provide advanced tools and technology to utilise this data.
- Be a Subject Matter Expert in data requirement gathering, logical/physical data modelling, data analysis and data profiling
- Providing expertise in translating business needs into data warehouse design
- Engaging with customers and collaborative groups to ensure needs are understood and business value is realised
- Provides advice and guidance to others using the data structures and associated structures
- Support the Data Analysis Lead to deliver on the run and improve deliverables that are driven from the data warehouse

If you are looking for your next step in your Data Analysis career, this is a great opportunity with room for development and growth. You will bring the following:
- 5+ years’ experience in Data Management, Design, Data Analysis in various roles
- Proven experience using an agile methodology is critical, including Kanban
- Manages the investigation of enterprise data requirements based upon detailed understanding of information requests
- Uses advanced SQL skills and case tools to facilitate data modelling
- Very strong customer service orientation with excellent facilitation and presentation skills
- Strong experience in data modelling-both logical and physical-for traditional databases as well as modern data platforms such as data lakes and Delta Lake
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis, data transformation, and data modelling workflows
- Working knowledge of machine learning and AI concepts, and how they can support analytics, insights, and decision-making
