  • Awareness and understanding of the Group’s business strategy.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to support business transformations.

Business

  • Establish and maintain a close working relationship with key stakeholders and business partners to ensure full engagement, facilitate an open and direct communication of issues, needs, queries, and value-added participation of Operations in meeting overall business goals and objectives.
  • Support frontline for better Service and Product delivery.

Processes

  • Perform and ensure the quality of Liabilities & Cards Services BAU process and support Head, Liability Operations and Specialist Services to continue conducting the process enhancement.
  • Detect error opportunities in the process and work out the action plan to avoid occurrence.
  • Ensure the BAU process is fully in compliance with all relevant internal working DOI/procedure, Group policy and local regulation.
  • Ensure all the regulatory reporting is submitted on time and the quality meets regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • New process/product/system enhancement UAT/UVT support
  • Ensure exceptional cases and issues are appropriately followed up.
  • GBS BAU process monitoring and quality insurance.
