The firm is seeking a talented professional to lead Payment Operations—Technical & Wire Solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity to operate at the intersection of payments infrastructure, operational excellence, and technology integration.The successful candidate will oversee end-to-end wire operations and work closely with engineering teams to develop and implement next-generation payment technologies.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and execute payment operations across SWIFT, Fedwire, ACH, and internal transfer systems.
Collaborate with technical teams to integrate API-driven payment solutions and platforms.
Monitor daily transaction flows, resolve exceptions, and ensure timely, accurate reconciliations.
Maintain documentation, operational controls, and process compliance.
Lead initiatives to automate and scale payment operations through tools and process enhancements.
Ensure adherence to internal SLAs, audit readiness, and regulatory expectations.Ideal Candidate Profile3–8 years of experience in payment operations within fintech or banking institutions.
Deep understanding of domestic and international payment rails, including SWIFT, Fedwire, and ACH.
Experience working with APIs, core banking systems, and technical infrastructure is strongly preferred.
Strong analytical skills, with an ability to identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
Effective communicator who can interface between technical and business teams.
